To add fuel to the fire, in the end of that phone conversation, he told me to let him know if I found a property on my own so that he could schedule a tour. WHAT???? You want ME to do the leg work in finding the property so that all you have to do to collect your commission is to give me a tour???? John has got to be one of the laziest realtors I've ever dealt with. In calling his boss, Erik Hoferer, after my conversation with John to complain about him, Erik did not apologize to me, nor did he offer to find a property for me. It appears that apathy is a culture within this company. Sad....very sad~!
