Short review: You will not find a better detailer. Anywhere…read more Long review: Devin has two traits that are increasingly rare in today's workforce: enthusiasm and diligence. We have a Hyundai that smelled like a barnyard, and nothing we did could get rid of the stench. The previous owner had two dogs, and we had tried vacuuming up all the pet hair and changing the cabin air filter, all to no avail. As a last resort, we looked here on Yelp for a detailer and found Kahler Detail. I thought I was going to have to take the car out to Bondurant, but he agreed to come to my house for a nominal fee and quoted me a very reasonable price. He called me the night before to make sure we were still on, texted the morning of the detailing to let us know when he was about 15 minutes away, and finally called when he was almost there, so I didn't have to hover around the door waiting for his arrival. Once I showed him the car, he told me what he would recommend, then got to work. Devin re-vacuumed the interior, finding dog hair between the seats that I had missed. Then he steam-cleaned the seats, thoroughly washed the carpets, and deodorized everything. As a car detailing usually takes a couple of hours, I kept checking up on him to see if he was done. He was like Mike Mulligan and the Steam Shovel, working ALL DAY LONG. I'm not even sure if he took a break for lunch. When I would come out to see how it was going, he would stop what he was doing and apologize for taking so long, adding that he wanted to treat my car the way he would treat his own. After working several hours on the interior, he started on the exterior. I had water spots all over one side of the car from the sprinklers, and he hand-clayed them and removed as many as possible (some were etched into the paint; Devin offered to remove them with a sanding and repainting process, but it would have taken a lot more time and money, so I declined). He handwashed the entire car, then applied a wax coat. On one of my checks to see how his work was coming along, he enthusiastically asked me to feel the difference between a part that had been waxed and one that had not. The transformation was amazing! Devin mentioned several times that he wanted to treat my car as if it were his own, and only the best would do. The pride he took in his work shows in the superlative final product. He even left me with some air fresheners to keep up the good smell. The guy worked in the heat from 9:15 to 6:30. No break. The before and after photos clearly show the change.

There are 2 bays that are touch-free and two soft touch bays. They also have vacuum stations available. I always use the touch free car wash option. There are 3 different wash options available & you can by with credit card or cash. You can also use a discount code from the nearby gas station. The money machine ALWAYS works when I am there, which is a lot more than I can say for other car washes. The wash is always consistent and does a good job of blasting the gravel dust build-up off of my car. I have used the vacuum once and was impressed at how long my money lasted - my car looked fantastic when I got done.
