Unfortunately, this recent situation did not reflect the level of service I had come to expect. I had a small tint defect that I noticed from day one after installation, but did not address with the business. Over a year later, it appeared to delaminate, which can occur when a contaminant trapped between the glass and adhesive creates a localized adhesion failure that worsens over time through heat cycles, thermal expansion, and adhesive stress. The defect was a circular mark with a visible halo around it, which is more consistent with a localized adhesion issue than a typical surface abrasion. When I brought it in, multiple staff members repeatedly insisted it was "physical damage," including the explanation that a seatbelt could create a perfectly circular mark in the middle of the window. That explanation did not align with the defect I was seeing, especially since seatbelt contact would more typically leave an elongated scuff, arc, or irregular abrasion rather than a clean, centered circle with a halo. It was frustrating to feel like my concern was dismissed rather than properly evaluated. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to redo the tint at no charge. However, during the replacement process I noticed another contaminant before leaving and had to point it out for correction. After the second attempt, there was still a visible dust speck in the upper corner, which I was told was "acceptable" as long as it was not in the main line of sight. I appreciate that they honored the redo, but the overall experience was disappointing. The repeated insistence that the original issue was my fault, the need for multiple attempts, and the remaining defect did not match the quality and attention to detail I had experienced from them over the years. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I truly valued this business and would like to see them maintain the standard that originally earned my trust.

I know quite a bit about car audio myself, so when calling a place about an install, I want it done right or I would do it myself. Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Want to be given truthful advice and or help? Yeah you guessed it you're reading the right review on the right shop! Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier!
