Very disappointed in the result of this cleaning service. I feel manipulated as Art increased his price from the original quoted price and failed to effectively clean even one room of carpet. Although he worked hard, all of the stains returned the following day, even after his assurances (verbal and written) that they were all removed. He immediately cashed my check and offered no compensation or partial refund. So, I'm out much more than expected and have literally nothing to show for it. read more

We contacted this company because we needed to have some really dirty carpets cleaned in a rental house we owned. The most established carpet cleaners didn't have openings for two weeks or more. Art said he could come the next day. He told me that really dirty carpets in a three bedroom house might require deep cleaning and cost up to $500. I was willing to pay that to try to save the carpets. Art came the next day and worked for 4 and 1/2 hours on the carpets. When he finished he told me he had removed all the stains and saved the carpets. He also wanted $750 at that point (over $166 per hour!!) I agreed and even tipped it up to $800 based on his statements that he had saved the carpets, and the fact that he wrote on the bill "all carpet stains removed". Five minutes after he left, my first choice company called me back and said they had a cancellation. They were shocked when I told them how much Art charged. This company also warned me that you won't know if carpets are clean and stain free until they are dry. They asked me if all the water had been sucked out of the carpets and what Prime Carpet cleaners were doing with room dryers to dry out the house. Of course Art did nothing!! He also left the carpet soaking wet. I turned up the house to 90 degrees to dry it out. Over the next three days stains appeared everywhere and we realized all of the carpet was ruined. We had to rip it all out and put in all new carpet. This service ripped us off and left our house super wet so we couldn't tell how clean the carpets were. They also only take cash or checks and refuse to refund any of your money. Beware!!! read more
