This week (October) I got a call to pick them up and that I had 2 weeks to pick them up or I would forfeit them. I had totally forgotten they were there and had not gotten a call before this one from them. So I went down to pick them up and they showed me some notes that they had left messages in April and June (I think). I never got those messages because if I had I would have put it on my calendar to go get them. Also their call notes never mentioned calling me in February. Then I was informed (and shown some fine print on the invoice) that they charge $1 a day when pickups are late adding over $200 to my bill. BS of the highest order. The owner is professional, super nice and really understands carpet cleaning. What I loved was she was patient and answered all my questions. I had spots, dirty traffic areas and just over all dirty carpets. When I called Mancha's carpet cleaning they were super nice and helpful. She came over measured my rugs and gave me a price. The price was cheaper than the other two estimates I got. She explained the process how it was not "steam" not "hot water extraction" but an actual method that shampoo's the carpets with semi dry foam. It is called Von Schrader. She even had an illustration pamphlet for me to look over. We set up a time and day for the job. She was on time, fast and totally professional. My carpets are beautiful. The carpet dried fast. I could not believe how much dirt came out of the carpets. The machine had a dirty suds tank and I could actually see the gross dirt that was in my rugs. I would have never guessed. I am going to have them cleaned at least twice a year. I read cleaning carpet can extend the life of carpet. It is certainly healthier for everyone living in the home and our pets.
