I have been using Yelp for some time now and have never felt the urge to write a review until today, my carpet has never looked any cleaner!! After having many friends recommend Super Clean, I finally decided to give them a call. David was very helpful and set up an appointment that worked with my busy schedule, he showed up on time and explained the whole cleaning process and quickly got started. He got the job done quickly and my carpet, throughout the whole house, is now nice and clean. He made them look like new!! Very affordable and trust worthy. if i can give a no star i would totally do. i call them about a month and half back. so I though i could give them a try since my neighbor would frequently call them, so i thought they got to be good right? no! not only were they almost two hour late, they arrive already complaining that I wasn't charge the full price for the cleaning. mind you, it was just my living room and hallway. when i call for an estimate about a a week prior to the schedule appointment, that was the price i got since they have already work in the apartment complex i live in, so technically they know the sizes. not only was he complaining about the price i got, he also was complaining on how disgusting my carpet was! I have four kids and a dog so i know how dirty my carpet was, and that was the reason i call them, because i need them to clean it, so i didn't need that person to remind me how disgusting it was and how hard it would be to clean it. he even added that it could be impossible to get it clean. i felt completely insulted!! 1. he was almost two hour late 2. he complaining that he was doing his job so cheap 3. he called him boss to notify him that my carpet was disgusting and i shouldn't be charge $60 but more. 4. he guarantee that his work wont be the best because of the condition of my carpet. just FYI the next week my neighbor hire a different carpet cleaning service. i guess she didn't like to be treated horrible by these people. i just wish i knew this before giving them a call. by the way, my carpet did get clean and it look like new. even though they did a good job cleaning it, i would never in my life give them a call again. read more
