Using Yelp! to message the business I received prompt response. The rates were affordable and scheduling a time was much easier than with the other companies. If you're in a condo be advised you may have to gain access to your water heater in order for Caldwell's equipment to work. Water heaters are not always inside the condo unit. so this is often easier said than done. Fun story: I peeped inside Ric's van and had to laugh when I saw his longboard in there amongst the carpet cleaning tools. Jed, the person who came to do the job, was very respectful and willing to work with us for last minute requests. In fact, we added the chairs after we were given the original quote. When he got on site, he updated the quote to a price we thought was very reasonable given the extra chairs. When done, he said that the chairs took less time than he expected and revised the quote down (unprompted by us). Once upon a time (a.k.a. yesterday morning), a very tired father let his eight month old baby boy crawl around on the rug without a diaper on. Much to his dismay, this lapse of judgment was rewarded with a explosive situation ... and quarantine zone being left on said rug soon after. Enter my saviors.
