Instead, Jon educated us on 1031 exchanges and net lease corporate properties. His advice was a game changer for our family. Jon's knowledge of and instincts concerning the commercial real estate market were top-notch. The worst quality carpet, they remove the carpet from new houses but once you move in you're not going to get anything new despite paying the same amount money! Also the carpet installed poorly it loosen up everywhere! 3. The only new thing they installed my house is latch! Latch is a digital key that have tons of problem and security issues. Latch takes a picture of you and your guest every time when you enter the house. Also, They don't provide a hard copy key. You can't enter the home if you run out of battery. 4. Some of leasing office workers are really mean 5. The pool is only 3 ft deep, basically a children pool and you hear children screams always! 6. Rents are pretty high 7. Paint and cabinet covers are bad quality. Covers loosen up 8. Water pressure in shower is not good! 9. Gym is not that big and crowded sometimes. Max 5-6 people can work out at the same time. 10. Depending on your building you can hear street noise from montegue express way and also constant airplane noise everywhere. 11. Fire alarms go off easily and you cant even fry a potato without alarm. 12. AC system work ok but they don't bother themselves to change filters and clean the system. The reasons of staying here so far are the location which is close to my work and avoiding moving out hustle. I think I will find somewhere else!
