I had been experiencing pain in right knee and having trouble bending walking and sleeping without pain. My meniscus had several tears and had just worn out over time. He assured me it would be quite simple to repair an in and out process and it was. I had surgery yesterday and today I feel great and most importantly there is no pain I'm able to function normally and my bandage comes off tomorrow. She told me I would have to make a new appointment since I didn't have them-then she discovered she did have them. Next up she tried to convince me the only X-rays they had on file for me were from NOV 2019-one problem I never took X-rays in 2019!! She argued left and right until she discovered she was looking at the wrong patient on the screen!! The nurse was extremely rude and lacked any and all communication skills. My chiropractor who referred me to them insisted they sent the X-rays over to them TWICE yet they continued to insist they didn't receive them. My chiropractor has been sending them referrals for quite some time and has never had an issue before this but I was told once again to come back when I had my X-rays on CD. I even had my X-rays on my phone in an email sent to me by my chiropractor and they were clear as a bell. They attempted to force me to get new X-rays with them (would that be at the expense of my insurance company for no good reason? I insisted on seeing the doctor who eventually came -I was given a steroid shot and on my way out was told it would cost $150 plus my Co-Pay. I have had the steroid shot before without having to pay so I asked for the medical coding so I could verify it later with my insurance company. She seemed flustered at the question and couldn't answer so she went to ask the doctor. Upon her return she advised me to pay the copay because she was too unsure of the situation. Worst medical Visit I've ever experienced. As you can see from this very clear image someone will be making a lot of money fixing this problem and it won't be them!

After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? Dr. Cairns (Daniel) is so helpful and is working hard to get my foot pain under control. I am excited for the next step in my treatment plan and have all the confidence in the world that the surgery will go well and is what is needed. I am currently in a significant amount of pain and need help to be able to stand and walk for longer periods. Dr. Cairns has exceptional bedside manner and is extremely attentive. His techs/nurses are also very supportive and they (Doctor included) both answer all my questions and concerns! The facility is new, clean and absolutely beautiful! I love the cool chair they put me in to rise me up. They have in house diagnostics as well, which is very convenient. Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You really need to have a better front end because first impressions are everything! DR KIRBY!!
