Although I originally asked for just washing windows and two skylights, I ended up having him pressure wash the entire exterior, squeegee the windows and skylights, as well as clean the interior of the garage. He showed up on time and was very professional, and he clearly took pride in his work. He went above and beyond, clearing off the front and back hardscape and redwood deck in addition to getting all the cobwebs from under the eaves and other places I couldn't ever reach. The walls and windows were spotless, and he even cleaned out the edges of the casement windows and the grimy sliding door and window tracks. In the garage, he did a fantastic job on cleaning the wooden rafters. He had to sweep the floor to clean up all the leaves, dust and random pieces of junk that had accumulated over the years, then he pressure washed it. He even used his concrete polisher to get it as clean as possible! I'm very happy with his work and am happy to recommend him as someone who's trustworthy, ethical, personable and hard working :)

It's been about a year after project completion, and everything seems to be working fine so far. A couple minor issues arose in the past year but they handled them relatively promptly. If we have another significant project in the future, we'd definitely consider hiring them again.

And they're just very sweet people, nice people to have in your home every day for a month. The interior designer they brought into create design sketches and mock-ups gave me a couple really valuable ideas that helped me make the best decision when I felt a little lost about how to do it. Nightmare of nightmares!!!…read more Proper completion is all we want! Nothing extra. Wish we could've met Guy who everyone is speaking so highly of. We hired his nephew, Denny. 1 month was the completion time we were told. Beginning of August 2023 was the starting time and here is 2024 with an incomplete yard. Completion time is nothing compared to the rest. I really need no words... just look at his work that he's been proud of, each step of the way. I do not know how he has a license. He was not knowledgeable about certain things, was unprofessional, negligent with poor communication skills, horrible workmanship and was ok with obviously horrendous work. Beware of Denny Cohen. He shrugs off concerns, believes his guys over clients so doesn't even check on the concerns & lies about little things such as digging, dirt replacement, leveling, sloping, seams, and likes to raise his voice at women when he is asked about something that is obviously wrong. I was uncomfortable continuing to work with him and Realm Home insisted I do anyways. Even though they knew how the last interaction between us made me feel like crying afterwards due to his aggressive tone and telling me how anything he does-- I won't be satisfied-- over and over and over again. All we have asked for was proper completion. We were willing to accept so many things that were wrong but we couldn't accept these things you see in the pictures. I don't believe anyone else would either. A huge project that he could not handle. I don't want anyone going through this!!!! If he had only addressed our concerns when we first brought them up, instead of brushing us off... ***oh it's supposed to be sloped. What do you mean lumpy. We'll just brush that and it'll be fine. The seams? There will always be seams. That's what dg looks like. Dg will never be solid, the dogs will always leave foot prints. (if dogs can leave footprints, humans can leave bigger ones, so why would anyone want dg?). That's 100% new dirt, my guys said (even with video proof of the opposite) *** ... there was a huge chance that the project would have been completed and worthy of, at the very least, "settling".

He power washed my back patio and then came back a few days later to put on a great glossy sealant that my wife really wanted. On top of that, he came back to help install string lights in my backyard and just finished doing a reapplication of the sealant. It already looked great after the first application, but my wife and I decided we wanted it to shine even more and Daniel was kind enough to oblige and was a pleasure to work with and talk to as always. I really can't recommend him enough. I would easily work with him again and refer him to friends without reservation.
