I describe at the bottom of this message just how difficult this job was . They exceeded my expectations. Alex who did the work was professional, friendly, efficient and very hard-working. Communication before the job was very good and the quote was in line with the price. I'm very pleased with the work. This was not your average gutter and roof cleaning project. There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy. 2 years of grime in an unoccupied house needed some TLC and this crew blew it out of the park. I signed up for services rendered, all separately priced. -Wash, windows, gutters, driveways, etc. The house looked newly painted. I was happy The reverse osmosis application on the windows left them spotless. More happy. I also ordered gutter treatment and they too were spotless. But I think he under estimated the time needed to clean them due to their strange construction and poor access (manufactured home awnings). The driveway didn't turn out 'as clean' as I'd anticipated. It's an old concrete slab with layers of flaking paint and my expectations were that the high pressure application would clean it up a bit. But all I ended up with were clean Flakes on the flaking driveway. I commented this in a follow up mail but understood that was another 'job'. I asked for a quote on that 'job' but never got a response. Despite the driveway hiccup I'm pleased with the service and would do business with them again. This team are on time and keep it neat.
