Nightmare of nightmares!!! Proper completion is all we want! Nothing extra. Wish we could've met Guy who everyone is speaking so highly of. We hired his nephew, Denny. 1 month was the completion time we were told. Beginning of August 2023 was the starting time and here is 2024 with an incomplete yard. Completion time is nothing compared to the rest. I really need no words... just look at his work that he's been proud of, each step of the way. I do not know how he has a license. He was not knowledgeable about certain things, was unprofessional, negligent with poor communication skills, horrible workmanship and was ok with obviously horrendous work. Beware of Denny Cohen. He shrugs off concerns, believes his guys over clients so doesn't even check on the concerns & lies about little things such as digging, dirt replacement, leveling, sloping, seams, and likes to raise his voice at women when he is asked about something that is obviously wrong. I was uncomfortable continuing to work with him and Realm Home insisted I do anyways. Even though they knew how the last interaction between us made me feel like crying afterwards due to his aggressive tone and telling me how anything he does-- I won't be satisfied-- over and over and over again. All we have asked for was proper completion. We were willing to accept so many things that were wrong but we couldn't accept these things you see in the pictures. I don't believe anyone else would either. A huge project that he could not handle. I don't want anyone going through this!!!! If he had only addressed our concerns when we first brought them up, instead of brushing us off... ***oh it's supposed to be sloped. What do you mean lumpy. We'll just brush that and it'll be fine. The seams? There will always be seams. That's what dg looks like. Dg will never be solid, the dogs will always leave foot prints. (if dogs can leave footprints, humans can leave bigger ones, so why would anyone want dg?). That's 100% new dirt, my guys said (even with video proof of the opposite) *** ... there was a huge chance that the project would have been completed and worthy of, at the very least, "settling". read more

I'm surprised at all the positive reviews for Guy since our experience was anything but. We hired Guy to do a kitchen remodel. He talked a big game but then seemed like he immediately de-prioritized our project. Before we started, I said I wanted to have a conversation about exactly how we were going to do the electrical (locate lights, switches, etc.) He said no problem (his favorite phrase). Electrician showed up day two and asked what we were doing so had to hash it out with him. He straight up refused to relocate one light switch because it would be too much work. Before they started working, I told Guy if they needed to walk through the house to please put down plastic or something as we don't wear shoes in our house. Day one I text Guy and say there are people walking through the house with shoes on. He denies it. Tell him I have it on camera. Then he says he'll call them and find out what's going on. Staring off by lying isn't great and it was this kind of stuff over and over again throughout the process. One day he texted us while he was at Home Depot and wanted a decision on lighting right then and there. We both work (he knew this) and were both in meetings. Had to step out so I could answer his text. When we finally reached the day that they were "mostly done" and we could have access to the kitchen (after the estimated day of completion of course), I had to send him a two page punch list of things that still needed fixing. By the end, there were some things I just let slide because I just wanted to be done dealing with him. (For example, they put a dent in the ceiling. After I pointed this out they patched it but then didn't paint it). Way too much felt like the bare minimum needed to say they were done. I could list another dozen occurrences but you get the general idea. We didn't even see that much of Guy during the job, he bid it and then farmed it out to his subcontractors, most of whom were OK but not great. The communication was bad and very disorganized. The end product is fine, but I could walk you through the kitchen and show you all the little issues that still exist from things not being done correctly. I would never use him again for anything. read more

Dishonest, negligent, incompetent. Worst decision we made in our home renovation. We hired them to complete our kitchen and master bath. They cut corners on things that were hidden. We just found these because we are doing other work on our house and we are handy enough to be able to look at what was going on behind their work in the crawl space and behind the walls. It has cost us thousands of dollars to redo their work. I shudder to think about all the other hidden issues they've left in other people's homes. Here are a few of the many issues: - Lied and told us the master bathroom exhaust fan was vented to the outside. This was a lie. It was blowing air underneath the roof. This moisture would have caused mold over time. - Lied and told us that they removed a towel they dropped into a toilet drain. This was a lie. Our sewer line was clogged a few weeks later and we found their towel in the toilet drain. - Did not waterproof shower wall. - Suggested adding recessed lights for a few thousand dollars. In doing so, made multiple drywall/plaster holes. They didn't disclose to us they would make holes in the process requiring costly drywall work. Charged us an additional $7.5K to fix the holes. - Put a cabinet over an HVAC vent. Pretended they didn't know what we were talking about when we asked them what the plan to seal the HVAC vent. Guy continuously gaslit me to tell me that the issues above were due to work we were doing on the windows. That's either gaslighting or incompetence because window work has nothing to do lying or not doing basic things like bathroom waterproofing. read more

I was always able to get ahold of him to ask questions and relieve any concerns we might have had. After the review, Guy came to talk to me and he promised to fix everything and he and Ernesto did it. Ernesto sacrificed his Saturdays to come and fix the texture and paint. He did it multiple times because we didn't like what he did initially, but he listened to us and did texture/sand/paint multiple time until we were happy. Ernesto is skillful, honest and patient. He did whatever we've asked. Tile alignment was also fixed. There are a couple of things that I am not completely happy about, but they are minor concerns and I can ignore them since Guy and Ernesto tried their best with lots of patience. Just bought my first condo and I needed a lot of work done (kitchen and bathroom remodeling). I found Guy (owner) and his crews on Yelp and have been super happy with their work. Guy was super responsive from the get go. He was able to respond via yelp in less than 30 minutes and gave me an accurate quote via text with me telling him what I wanted done and sending him photos of my place. He was able to work with my low budget and saved me a ton of time by doing this instead of how most people require an appt and take a week to come back with a quote. Guy was able to fit me into his schedule and move his teams around to get all the work done in under 2 weeks (which some of it was mainly my fault because I was scheduled for work on some days that he was free). The different teams he had for demo/ counter/ install were all super friendly and hard working and I would definitely welcome them back into my home. Guy was available via text on his personal phone and if anything needed touch ups, he was able to get his guys back out there to fix the problem without any questions. We are really happy with the work Guy and his team did to remodel our kitchen. We got a fair price, and Guy was very flexible on what that included. We got several upgrades that others told us would cost additional. He also recommended that we hold off on doing the floors (since we need to replace ALL the floors in the house, not just the kitchen). He recommended we hold off a year without impacting the kitchen remodel, which kept the kitchen costs from skyrocketing. At the end of the job, Guy inspected the work and found things that my husband and I hadn't caught, and didn't live up to his standards or his name, and he insisted on sending someone to do the minor tweaks. As first-time homeowners, my fiancée and I have never needed to remodel anything before. The first thing we did was ask family and friends for suggestions, which all proved to be expensive options. After looking around on Yelp, we came across Infinity Design and Build. I sent a message via Yelp letting the owner know that I prefer to be contacted via text message, and the owner (Guy) promptly responded with a time and date of when he would be able to come out and check out the area that needs remodeling. To me, it was very important that Guy actually read my message on Yelp. Oftentimes, I find that even though I state my preference of texting over phone calls or emails, many will still give me a call. This was not the case with Guy, and it shows that all of his customers, even potential customers, are important to him. When the time came, Guy walked us through the process of remodeling and informed us of all the options we have when it comes to remodeling. As we are currently on a budget, we let him know our budget, and he was able to work out what was most important for us in terms of remodeling. We let him know our top priorities and he helped us accomplish those priorities within our budget. As one of the other posters mentioned, our project was a small one, but nonetheless, Guy gave us 100% of his attention. Throughout the project, we were constantly updated with what to expect next (what part will be worked on next, what time to expect the workers, etc) and never felt like we had a lack of communication. Throughout the process, we realized that we had purchased the wrong stove and the wrong hood. This caused Guy to have to reschedule his workers to come on a different day to get the job done. We wanted to get our kitchen redesigned and had a few plans in mind as to how our new kitchen should look. After getting quotes from a few contractors (all of them had a 5 star rating on yelp), we settled on Infinity Design and Build. Their quote was very competitive and they were very professional. Our biggest concern was the time frame. With a small baby at home we wanted the work to be done as quickly as possible. Guy promised us that it will be done in 5 weeks and he kept his word. As the work began, we hit some road blocks regarding structural issues. But Guy was very efficient and worked around it to solve the issue and give us exactly what we had asked for. His crew headed by Emilio were simply superb and were very patient to listen to what we wanted and make changes if we were not happy ! Even with the materials, Guy made sure we got a good deal and also helped save some cost by using what was left of the kitchen counter top around the fireplace (which now looks awesome). They were also really good about cleaning up after they had finished a particular area and this was much appreciated, especially with the baby. I just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Inifinity. A lifetime of waiting, 7 months of planning and 7 weeks of project time produced a space that is well beyond how I pictured it. I am still in awe. I had several other bids and all of them were considerably higher than the bid Inifinity was able to do. In fact, would've had to settle for far less of a remodel if I went with any other bid. Guy is on point. His knowledge was immediately obvious to me the first time he came to my home. It was as if he was just as or even more excited about the project than I was. This was comforting because this project carried a lot of anxiety with it. You want everything to go smooth, youre spending a lot of money and there are a lot of moving parts and its all foreign to the average person. Guy is a personable individual and he assured me everything I wanted to have done, would be done to my 100% satisfaction. Guy's crew is as equally knowledgeable, Emillio was the project manager and I am going to insist he is on all the other projects I will be having Inifinity do on my home. My kitchen remodeling project was far more then removing old cabinets and replacing them w new cabinets. So naturally, there were some challenges. All of these challenges Emillio and the crew met head on and solved them just as you would expect a professional remodeling team to do. Every step of the way I gained more confidence in these guys and soon I didn't even need to point things out (I am a bit OCD), they had come to know me and took care of things they knew I would be expecting to have done. Im you're average home owner who just like the next home owner has reservations about not getting what you pay for, having corners cut and little customer focus once the contract is signed. I am here tell all of my fellow homeowners, you have nothing to worry about with Inifinity. Lastly, the customer service doesn't end once the last check it cut, and the project is over. I contacted several contractors to put in a mosaic backsplash and Guy responded immediately to my request via yelp messaging. All estimates were done via photos. I never met Guy in person but he always responded to his yelp messages and emails quickly and was able to accommodate his crew to work on my backsplash immediately. I had found a tile at another place for 38 a square foot and Guy was able to get it for me for 17 a square foot. He sent the contract over, ordered the tile for me, I paid for the tile, and his crew picked the material up. Francisco was his tile person for my project and he was great--showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully and loved the clean up afterwards--it was like he was never there. After the backsplash was put in, I turned on the garbage disposal and it didn't work. Another person was sent over to check on this to fix the disposal. I appreciated that this was taken care of as I do know things can happen during any sort of construction. Recommended and will be contacting in the future for other projects. read more
