Called, set up an appointment and the service repairman came . His name was Dean. He called before he was to arrive, he knew exactly how to fix the issue. He gave me a hint on removing the filter. Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge.
