I was so hopeful to have this practice be what I needed. I saw so many great reviews of Dr. K but I…read moreended up scheduling with Dr. Tennant since her availability was sooner. On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

I told him, according to the previous ND i went for free consultation said that I need to consume a bunch of different stuff a week before the taking food sensitivity test otherwise the results won't show whether she is sensitive to the food or not. Dr. K said otherwise. After my daughter took the test, sure enough the only food that shows the results was the food that she eats regularly. Very disappointed. We were not able to identify what food she was sensitive to. Base on this experienced, me and my husband decided not to see him anymore for lack of this knowledge and not sure if he was able to treat my daughter.

I came in for a treat to myself after a hard week and felt totally relaxed from the second I sat in the chair. The nail technician I worked with was really nice as well. My husband and I have gone back and forth with our opinion of Progress Nail salon due to attitude…read morereceived during prior visits, but ultimately decided to come back because I like the color selection. Never again! Neither of us have ever been so dissatisfied with a pedicure service. I went in with perfectly healthy and nicely shaped toenails, and came out with butchered toes/nails, lumpy paint, and nails cut at an angle. My husband and I can probably look forward to ingrown toenails as a result. I'm hoping I won't get an infection- it's still painful hours later. All my husband and I wanted was a relaxing pedicure, and for me, a pretty new color for my toes. What we received was a painful service served with a side of attitude. These two girls have no business working on people's feet. When dremeling off my existing color, skin was removed. When my husband jumped out of his seat because they took off toenail from the surface of his toe, he was ignored- she had to have seen his reaction, but she continued digging into the side of his toe regardless. He told her it hurt, and rather than apologize, he was told to take some aspirin when he got home. Classy. The only words spoken directly to us were to ask which service we wanted, and if we wanted to add a manicure, and we thankfully declined. That was the last they initiated conversation. They filed the bottom of my husband's feet to the point of pain (today's theme) while digging their fingernails into our skin when 'massaging' our feet. My large toenails were cut down the sides for no reason- they were already trimmed and only needed minimal filing. Any professional should have been able to recognize this, or at very least ask. It was too late by the time I noticed what happened to my previously pretty toes. I noticed they weren't using a fresh file (gross and unsanitary) midway through my service- usually they have a new little file and buffer set they open up fresh for each service, but not today. That's what I get for not paying attention the entire time. From there, they were unnecessarily aggressive and rough when moving my feet around, and rushed through everything- including painting my toenails. They are lumpy, the color uneven, it's on my toes, and the skin around them is hacked up. When I noted a corner of my toe lacked any paint, my hand was thrown out of the way and she begrudgingly 'fixed' it. They look and feel terrible! It's going to take a couple months to get our toes back to normal, and we're VERY unhappy with today's $120 service. Word to the wise- don't go here! They're inconsistent, full of attitude, and if you get the 'B' team, you'll come out with crummy looking toes at best, and an unsanitary painful experience at worst.

I have been to Hammam's in Istanbul and have always wished to have the same experience here. I booked an appointment for a basic service - thinking I would test the service and the facility. What a delight! My Hammam with Elizabeth was pure delight. She was calm and efficient, well-trained, and delivered a great scrub. The experience was close enough to those in Turkey that I was delighted. I felt refreshed, invigorated, and relaxed at the same time. Moonlight Spa is impeccable. The rooms are clean and new. Sauna, steam, facials, and a PodCalm (which I had never tried before) are all available. I had such a positive experience that I joined a monthly special. The monthly fee may seem high, but not when you take advantage of all Moonlight has to offer--it is a highly reduced price . . . "Self-care" at its finest.

I booked a massage and received a call about an hour or so before that they needed to push my massage back because of the person before me being late. I said no problem, I prefer later, let's go with it. They then called me back and said they moved it back up to 3pm.. at this point they should have left it. It's unprofessional to go back and forth and be calling me 3 times during my work day for another client who is late. The massage room itself was small, but nice, but definitely needs a place for people to put their clothes and phone/stuff. The massage therapist said I could put my stuff on his chair but that felt odd. The message itself was... Jerky and while we had 90 minutes, it was really fast strokes and made it not relaxing at all. He never worked on my neck and shoulders while I was face up which is odd since I mentioned they were an area of focus I wanted. They also don't do the hot wet towels on your back to wipe off excess oil. I was not impressed when I left with so much oil on my feet I was sliding around and my car seat had residual massage oil when I got out. The man who gave me a massage awkwardly ended it by saying, "okay, that's it". And walking out. No, I'll meet you outside or we'll have tea for you... completely abrupt and odd. I walked out after dressing and the front desk lady was nice enough but said she didn't know I wa done and was going to go get me water and snacks. The massage is timed, so she should know when it's done... but it was a nice gesture and it's a good touch if executed better. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable at this point I paid and left. Can't say I'll be back unless the service gets better
