So kind of difficult to express concerns, dissatisfaction, or ask questions. Yes, I have used the app in the past. I have since replaced my phone (reset apps), have multiple apps from multiple providers, and honestly it's difficult to keep them all straight. Expecting me to only communicate through an app and never receiving even one phone call back from my voicemails is just more confirmation of my position. At no point was it explained to me that I will now have to send in paperwork to insurance myself. It seems like the front desk person could've easily expressed that to me, instead of just repeating "payment is due at time of service". I was also never given any notice about being able to keep you as my doctor, I was just sent to a new Dr without notice. Yes, I was recently finally prescribed HRT, after two separate rounds of trying botanicals (and expressing that they didn't work, which both sets of my labs supported), and demanding it in my last visit. I really do appreciate finally receiving a response, even though I had to go to this extreme to get it. I too am hurt by the lack of care and communication, as I have been a responsible long time patience. Also very disappointed that the response takes zero responsibility for poor basic office communication. I will be requesting my medical records and seeking care elsewhere.

I am so thrilled to be updating this review!…read more Following my initial review, I was contacted by the office manager, Justina, a truly kind person who urged me to come in and have Dr. Rydzik take a look at the scar. I was wary of returning, as, in my experience, I've found that accountability is rare to come by in medical practices (or in the world at large today!). But I can honestly say I am so glad to have been wrong in this instance. Dr. Rydzik acknowledged that an error had been made and told me that the medical assistant who had removed my stitches was receiving further training. She examined my arm and confirmed a keloid had formed due to the stitches being removed too early and she and her medical team provided me with a complimentary laser treatment to reduce the appearance of the scar, in addition to noting that, if future treatments for this scar are needed, those treatments would be complimentary as well. They were warm, reassuring, and really put me at ease. Thank you, Dr. Rydzik, Justina, and Bilkey (I'm so sorry if I'm misspelling your name) and a big thank you as well to the lovely woman who performed the laser on my arm today (so sorry, I'm forgetting your name!). In essence, I couldn't walk or put weight on my leg and NSAIDs didn't touch the pain. Complicating matters, I needed to fly at the end of that week to a event which was unmissable. Fortunately for me, I was able to get an appointment with Vidhra, who somehow made the pain manageable, and made me able to walk relatively normally again. Two days later, I had a follow-up appointment with Tara, who also did amazing work and made it possible for me to resume my life. I am immensely grateful to the two of them and cannot recommend them highly enough for acupuncture for nerve and muscle pain management. I had trouble finding specialists, and was glad to finally see someone with experience treating my conditions. At first glance, online, Dr. Kleronomos looks legit (of course, there are still plenty of red flags if you look closely). But at the time, I didn't see the negative reviews and I went into the appointment with high hopes. After describing in detail how this illness shattered my life, how it's worse than 5 concussions combined, he decided -- in the middle of the appointment -- to take off his mask. He was seated feet away from me and seemed puzzled when I asked him to put it back on. This was during the summer wave of 2022. Cases were extremely high, and masks were still required in all healthcare settings. Unfortunately, this was only the second most traumatic thing he did during the appointment. All I feel comfortable sharing publicly about the rest of what happened is that I'm still in therapy over what he did to me. I filed a complaint with the medical board because people like him should at least have to answer to somebody. Of course, like most medical institutions, the response was inadequate. Not exactly change makers at the medical board. However, they did issue a letter of concern for his medical file. And they don't do that for every case. Dr. Klerenomos' response to this review will be predictably dismissive and defensive. He'll hide behind the medical board decision, and pretend it was vindication. But he and I know what happened that day. And he'll have to live with the guilt of knowing that his story may change but the truth never does. Please, if you are sick and out of options, go anywhere but here. I'm saying something publicly because if it means one person is spared the trauma of him, I will rest easier. You may think you're at rock bottom. But I wish someone had warned me that seeing Dr. Kleronomos would be the worst day of my life.
