Don't even try to deal with billing. Everything is a huge mission. They won't take my payment at the time of service, they say to wait until they process the insurance. Then I get emails, letters, and texts about my overdue balance. In 2025 I spend months trying to resolve a billing issue. No one calls you back and when you finally speak to someone you get different answers from everyone. Also you can't reach them on the phone because it goes to a call center.

Dr. Lopez is always up to date on the latest technology and she and her staff offer a wide range of dental and orthodontic treatments making it so nice to not have to run back and forth to other offices. EVERY Staff member is unusually kind.....and smart! They make every effort to make you comfortable. Dr Lopez is all of those things, too. I brought a young woman there who was terrified of dentists because of a truly traumatic experience as a small child. I finally got her in the office, and their professionalism, gentle manner , special medication and equipment made it possible for her to get help she has needed for at least 10 years. I have not been traumatized by dental work in the past, but never enjoyed it lol. I have no reservation going to Dr Lopez at True Smiles, though.
