Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. I had done research on both Elacore and Sculptra (paired with microneedling). I had a consultation and explained what I was wanting to "fix". We talked about both Elacore and Sculptra. Based on what the NP understood of the two treatments, and what my insecurities were, I wish I would have been steered toward Sculptra. I think that and microneedling would have helped me achieve my skin goals. I didn't understand the volume loss Elacore would cause. I feel like it aged me, and now my NLFs are more apparent, plus my smile lines didn't improve. I still have texture issues from the coring and I have more insecurities than I did before starting. So many places over inject to make more money but Chelsi is honest and will tell you what else you need even if you didn't know it! Haha Her suggestions are sometimes taken and sometimes I'm just scared. I did have a mishap with a filler that didn't sit well in my body and Chelsi and Rhonda handled it professionally and I was happy. So do your research not all fillers are made for you! Kacey is my skin girl, she's a master aesthetician and makes my skin glow. From vampire facials to laser they have the most advanced technology to knock out skin melasma, wrinkles, sagging and way more! Staff is always nice and professional and prices are fair for the services they provide. Other places have fancy offices and will inject the hell out of your face for money but this place is the best I've found and I've been coming almost ten years now!

She's also not open on weekends or after about 4:00, so it's hard to make it work if you, you know, have a job. I've never seen a business operate so inefficiently. She clearly has a ton of clients and needs hire someone to manage appointments so she's not doing both the laser and the bookings. She should also hire a second person to do laser so that if she has something come up, she doesn't have to cancel 50 people that day and rebook them another day, making it so everyone that day will be double booked and you'll be left waiting at your appointment time. Refunds should also be offered when she's at fault for canceling multiple times. Otherwise, you'll end up with a bunch of treatments you've paid for that you can't actually use because the scheduling is always crazy and half the time she doesn't respond when trying to schedule (she never answers the phone and only does scheduling over text). I gave it two stars because when you actually can get in, the laser works pretty well, but it's hard to keep the needed timeline consistent because she's always canceling, so the hair has time to grow back. Feels like a waste of money. This place has potential, but to succeed long-term, it needs better management and scheduling practices.
