If you want a gun or ammo, you end up at a Cabelas or Bass Pro, where the person behind the counter may not be passionate about guns. They may have no clue about the current trends and markets. That's not always bad, but in this case it sure is. There are very few brick and mortar stores that have the intelligence and insight of the guys and gals at M&M. I walked in, not knowing what to expect, and was met with a warm charm I long to see these days. The staff was comfortable, sharp and easy to talk to. That's paramount when it comes to the stressful environment guns can create. I have watched these guys and gals deal with new shooters and experienced shooters alike and found they adapt to the specific person and provide the service needed. Being in law enforcement I think we need more experienced shooters and people who know guns are not dangerous in the hands of responsible gun owners who respect what they are capable of. I will be a long time costumer, I'm sure of this, and will show as many people I can how easy they make the whole experience.
