I do my banking online. This requires me to login to SCCU's website set up for that purpose. Entering that code completes the login process and allows the account member access to their banking information and provides tools to do online banking. For the past year it has been hit or miss whether the site will function properly and send me the verification code. On the occasions when no code is sent, I can't do any banking. I can't see any of my information. I try logging in repeatedly. Nothing happens. I try contacting SCCU, but if it's after their business hours, or on a Sunday, there is no way to speak to someone for assistance. Why doesn't SCCU have a live person available who is ready to assist customers who need help? Why isn't the problems customers have logging in to do their online banking fixed? These issues have NOT been addressed even after they have occurred to me several times and I've lodged complaints a few times.

I was confident that there would be no issues meeting deadlines with the seller. My rationale for subtracting stars: After looking at three properties, I asked my loan officer for multiple loan estimates. Upon asking her for the third estimate, she called me and nearly demanded a justification as to why I wanted another estimate. She followed up with a warning that "interest rates are rising" and eventually raised my estimated rate from 2.75 to 3.25 percent. Luckily, I was working with another lender, and locked financing at 2.5 percent. Dyer claims to be a mortgage broker. Why was a first-time home-buyer able to secure a better rate? Where was the comparative analysis on which lenders have the best rates? Why do I need to justify requesting estimates on multiple properties?
