**WARNING** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE INCREASES WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.!!! they say that they're ONLY REQUIERED to send mailers about price increases so they choose to do the BATE MINIMUM for their customers. But if you're late, they will email you and they will call you and hang up to get your attention. make sure to take your business elsewhere. the customer service is horrible and upon opening an account with them the equipment they had was limited and un operational, one person on staff, and not to mention unorganized. after being contacted about a late fee, I responded because I was away due to a death in the family. I was told that my lock was cut off that I would need to purchase a new lock. Mind you the lock I purchased was them they did not reimburse me for the lock that they said they cut and suggested I buy a new lock from then which is also overpriced. I chose to go out and get my own lock elsewhere for much less, I was told I needed to be escorted to my unit so they could open a lock that they replaced mine with And as we arrived at my unit. The gentleman says oh I guess we didn't cut your lock so now that I waste my time and gas to go get another lock because I was told mine was cut the employee didn't even have the correct information. Looking at my invoices in my email without any notification there's an up charge a price hike overall in my unit cost and not buy some five or $10 the amount for a normal small unit monthly. As a Veteran and service member, I would strongly suggest you choose another storage location. This is an abuse, and will be contacting our attorneys to take this to the highest level and report them to the Better Business Bureau. they don't even deserve the one star. read more
