The life of a flat roof is ten years. After that the chance of implosion goes up each year. One day it just goes. Did I mention my insurance wont cover bcz its "multiple soakings". Did I mention I pad over $13,000 in storage fees which they wont refund..They say its "not their concern". I read its about $30,000 to replace everything in a 2 bedroom. So Im out $30,000 Plus the $13,000 I paid. Did they mention yr contents can not be over $5000 no matter the size of your unit? You literally take your life in your hands when you go there. Don't be there in your unit when it gives. Remember the pinto? Its like that. Just crunch the numbers.

Where to start. The security gate is almost never closed. When it snowed this winter it was…read moreimpossible to navigate the area let alone access your storage unit. I called in to begin my rental, went through the costs over phone and was told I needed to go in to sign paperwork and created my access code. When I got there I was told I needed to provide rental insurance for the unit and it would be $11/month. The rental insurance for my apartment is less than that. I opened my unit in December 2020. The policy to close your agreement and end billing was to notify the storage company 14 days before your next billing date. I went, in person because they don't return phone calls, and cancelled my unit in the specified time frame. The woman whose name I won't use gave me a hard time and told me that she would cancel the unit and not charge me but only if I went on and left her a glowing review... I wasn't going to leave any review because the only one I was going to leave was going to be negative based on my concerns listed at the beginning. After that interaction and the fact that I was then billed for the next month this company would get 0 stars from me if possible. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my card company now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Meeting her and john at my apartment for the estimate of my move was easy going and I felt like I knew them already. John was going to be in charge of my move and wanted me to be assured that everything was going to be smooth sailing. I was very happy with the price they gave me for my move from a 22nd floor elevator move to a 14th floor elevator new building. They were very reasonable. John and mary came on moving day with three other movers and got to work quickly. They were all very professional and caring of certain items that meant the world to me. After the final box was delivered to my new place we all sat down and we felt like we made new friends. This company could not of been more accommodating or nicer. The person we dealt with was Barbara. She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. Again, I can only praise this company, especially in today's day and age where it seems so many businesses could care less about a returning customer. Thanks guys, and girls, 5 thumbs up !!!!!!

UNITS really saved our bacon after PODS failed us. We were having our basement finished and need…read moreto move everything out during construction. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.
