In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.

Which seemed fair as we had the second smallest unit they offered. When we purchased the unit we were told this was a sale price and it would increase within a year. However in 4 months we were notified it was increasing by almost 70$ more a month!! WHOA! That was even higher than the normal price that was shown as the original price on the sale flier!!! And we had 30 days to move out or chalk it up. Now I had never seen this unit as my husband had handled it. But once it was time to move out I carried it out. While I understand it has no climate control, I do not understand the flooding problems. There was serious water flow into our unit, it stopped two feet into our unit. You can't tell from the property entrance but the land is very low lying and the land is angled down lower. So the units towards the back flood worse than the ones in the front. Luckily our items were stacked tall in the back so we had minimal box damage. However if your storing something meaningful to you, I suggest you go elsewhere. I suppose you should never skimp out and try to land a deal when it carries the risk of your belongings being destroyed.

The second 40ft container he dropped it too close to the road and on the edge of a incline, so the doors won't shut. It was not until they were gone that we even saw where they dropped it. We had them delivered to our property in the Catskills. The last one delivered has been sitting for 6 months now with the doors open and everything getting inside it. He kept saying he would fix it and then after Covid he is saying too bad that he is not going to do anything. I am a business owner and under no circumstance would I ever screw over anyone. Never! he is a horrible Business man and I am going to make sure he is not able to do this to anyone else. This is just the beginning, Also found out that he is not supposed to be operating under the company in Washington, that most likely due to insurance lapse he is red flagged. I called in to begin my rental, went through the costs over phone and was told I needed to go in to sign paperwork and created my access code. When I got there I was told I needed to provide rental insurance for the unit and it would be $11/month. The rental insurance for my apartment is less than that. I opened my unit in December 2020. The policy to close your agreement and end billing was to notify the storage company 14 days before your next billing date. I went, in person because they don't return phone calls, and cancelled my unit in the specified time frame. The woman whose name I won't use gave me a hard time and told me that she would cancel the unit and not charge me but only if I went on and left her a glowing review... I wasn't going to leave any review because the only one I was going to leave was going to be negative based on my concerns listed at the beginning. After that interaction and the fact that I was then billed for the next month this company would get 0 stars from me if possible. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my card company now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done.
