Immediately told that my dream backyard would not happen for that but they would put together a plan that would. I stressed repeatedly that my budget was 10k. First draft that I paid $90 an hr for the design time came in at $27-30k. It was stunning but not at all what I asked for which was a $10k design. Stressed again that I had a budget. Back to the $90 an hr drawing board only to come back at 17k. That's 170% of my budget. The plans are beautiful but so are the ones for free on Pinterest. If I wanted to look at a bunch of stuff I could not afford I could have done it for free there. Spent $347 on nothing. Ended up very disappointed. Thanks to Clay who made another trip here, he found a big leak- where an electrical plug in was installed during the building of the pond. Then the liner must have sunk in and there was the leak along the post. By the way Bernie built the pond NOT Just Àdd Water, if they had we would not have been loosing 160 gallons a day, this spring. They check for leaks and check everything when theyclean. I highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and just let them clean the pond in the spring and put a net over in the fall.

I got a call in April setting a date for service. They did not say what company they were with. As it turned out it was T and T Sprinkler. Both companies came on the same day. How wearied was that. But T and T was here first and did the work when the other company arrived they thought a different technician had come. When I received a bill I told them it was prepaid. They looked it up and said it wasn't. A little digging turned up the problem. I called T and T to match the price and they said no. Well I told them if they were not willing to work with me, it was my money they were looking for and I would not work them.

This is our third house and we've had a lot of different painting crews over the years in different locations, but these guys are hands down the best. I'm generally overly critical when assessing the details of a job done on my house and most of the time feel that while not great, the job done is "good enough". Not so with Troy's crew, Cole and Bob came in set up and got down to it. When everything was all said and done I was blown away by the level of precision and quality of the work done. Lowe's came out to install luxury…read morevinyl flooring and after tearing out all the carpet told me it couldn't be done because the floors were not level enough. They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered. I was in search of a flooring company that would help and found great reviews for this business so I submit a message or email to their site. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved. They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!
