Unfortunately there website was down for a few days so I called in and spoke with David. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. And the price was even better than I had expected. The whole process was seamless and I had a receipt emailed over before we had even gotten off of the phone. I placed an order for tickets "after hours" according to the "owner" and they said those tickets were sold and that my "order" wasn't an order, it was a "request." Shame on them because no where on their website does it say this. I even went back to the website to see about placing a "request" for tickets and you know what it says, it says "order." They have shady business practices. Correct your verbiage or actually take care of the customer. They only offered a refund and wouldn't honor any similarly seats or sections. Stay away from them like the plague.

I'm not that good online…read moreand purchasing things so today 11/12/25 my mom called the Disney Guest Relations for tickets and at first a kind lady named Christina helped us with our code. She was very nice and helpful and then transferred us to someone in buying tickets. Sue the lady who was helping us purchase tickets was the most wonderful, kind, amazing, sweet helpful lady. We kept having problems with all this stuff we both don't understand, but Sue was so calm, patient and helped us. We had to go and figure things out and when we called back and to our amazement we had Sue again. She again couldn't have been more helpful. Then she even went out of her way to help us with our ticket relations. The entire time we spoke with her from start to finish she was a huge blessing. My mom and I were so happy and she put a nice start to our day, week and month since it's been challenging. Sue was like our own Disney Angle. I highly hope that others have the privilege of interacting with Sue as well as Christina. I hope that they get the acknowledgement for being so wonderful and made our day one of the happiest of days because of these two lady's.

When I first started going to Disneyland I would indeed frequent the Disneyland Ticket Booth. I…read moredidn't know about the Disney website, where you could buy your tickets ahead of time and email them to yourself. I thought you needed to wait in line, because last minute trips wouldn't snail mail out your ticket. But it turns out if you sign up for a Disney account (when you buy your tickets online) you can also download the Disney app where you can add FastPasses while in line, and sign up for food reservations. Yes, the Ticket Booth is helpful to have, but if you sign up for a Disney account even the day before, you can email your tickets to yourself, avoid the line, and avoid the interaction with another human. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I'd get all the way to the end and enter my credit card info only to get a message telling me that my card was unable to be accepted. So I called and went through the order process with one of the representatives and again my credit card wouldn't go through. That representative transferred me to an accounting rep by the name of Jacqueline and my credit card didn't work for her either. So she took all the attendees names and made reservations. She said that I would just need to show my reservation confirmation at the ticket window when we get there and purchase the tickets then. Well, while standing in a 45-50 min long line, I spoke to 2 separate people who said that they had the same thing happen to them and that's why they were also in line. Anyway, I got to the window and gave the woman my reservation info and was told that I need to download the app and setup a login in and password. Then I had to fill in all the names again, and go into another screen and link the tickets, etc, etc!!! WTH?! I asked her why wasn't I told this beforehand by Jacqueline who made the reservations. I was just expecting to pick up tickets since I already went through a lot of red tape on their website! Then I asked if I can get ONE fast pass for my grandson and she added fast passes for ALL of us! Now it's clearly been over an hour and I didn't have time to stay and fix it. I had people waiting for me!! Purchasing tickets on their website should have been the easiest part of our whole California Park ordeal but it was the worst ticket ordering process I've ever experienced! I would maybe expect this from a brand new business just getting started, but NOT Disney!!!
