He called to notify me that he was going continue with the transaction and charge my card. I was actually pretty impressed that I received a call. I also noticed that he was near by and I asked if I could pick up the tickets in his office rather than at will call. Mike was pretty accommodating and said that he would be in the office until 10p. After work I drove down to his office and was able to pick up my tickets without a problem. I just wish he didn't charge me the $15 "Will Call" delivery fee. Over all the process of buying tickets from Mike's was pretty good. I felt that the price of the tickets were marked up pretty high. But after doing a lot more research the price of the tickets are about the same as other sites. In the future I might buy from Mike's again but I would look for the best ticket deal before any purchase is make or buy earlier.

She even texted me anticipated set lists and warned me about projected traffic going to the concert venue. If I ever have any other concert ticket needs, I am going straight to her. She was very nice and helpful and then transferred us to someone in buying tickets. Sue the lady who was helping us purchase tickets was the most wonderful, kind, amazing, sweet helpful lady. We kept having problems with all this stuff we both don't understand, but Sue was so calm, patient and helped us. We had to go and figure things out and when we called back and to our amazement we had Sue again. She again couldn't have been more helpful. Then she even went out of her way to help us with our ticket relations. The entire time we spoke with her from start to finish she was a huge blessing. My mom and I were so happy and she put a nice start to our day, week and month since it's been challenging. Sue was like our own Disney Angle. I highly hope that others have the privilege of interacting with Sue as well as Christina. I hope that they get the acknowledgement for being so wonderful and made our day one of the happiest of days because of these two lady's.

The seats are comfortable, the screens are huge, and the picture and sound quality were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even with it being a busy theater, everything felt organized. There are also plenty of food and drink options, and being located at the Irvine Spectrum makes it easy to grab dinner or walk around before or after your movie. Definitely one of the better movie theaters in Orange County and a spot I'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend!

The aisles in the theater are incredibly small for the servers to get through so you were constantly moving your legs. The recliners are good, but now that everybody has fancy movie recliners they are not the top of the line anymore. Food and drinks are very expensive and only just OK. They do make very good popcorn but again, very expensive. It is also very difficult to book tickets as the theaters are small and they have very limited offerings. And tickets are, again, on the more expensive side. Overall, if we feel like not driving far or have eaten dinner in the area and get lucky enough to grab a last minute ticket, this is a theater we go to. but it is not our favorite theater
