Here we are standing outside in the cold with our appetizers and own bottles of champagne. Can't walk into the mall because we have alcohol on us. Now the guy is blocking all our calls. What a piece of s***. Apparently this is his MO. Book limousines, charge people money and don't show up. Same story given two weeks in a row? Read the reviews and others it's worse than ours. Never trust this company. I feel bad for weddings or a larger events where this could have been an even bigger disappointment. I hope this place goes out of business soon. Do not book with them. They lie, they block phone numbers, and they only respond due to threats of litigation. Honestly if anyone's interested in a class action lawsuit let me know.
