We got it all done in two hours start to finish. Good tip each for all three. Care at all times for all the antiques, which can be fragile. So the house isn't ready for furniture , so in the garage it all goes . We ll get it cleaned before we take it in. The crew will come back and take it in for placement in a couple of months. As for what he calls eight lines of scratching he says could not have been caused by his (John) dragging the chest, he says the eight lines of scratches were caused by my husband dragging it. By his own logic, the scratches were caused by the chest being dragged. And several lines are possible in one drag because of the width of the deteriated water damaged legs made several contact points along the floor. It remains true the scratches did not appear until our moving day and John is the only one who moved the chest.

DO NOT HIRE! Zero customer service and totally a rip off! I had my apartment cleaned for a…read more"move-out" clean on 22nd of July. Due to life and work conditions I wasn't able to check on the apartment until about a week later. There was almost no difference before and after! I paid $360 for them to clean, and showed the cleaner what exactly needed done. I was told no problem, and they were there for near 8 hours. When I tried to contact them, zero communication with management was allowed as they were "too busy", I sent pictures and talked several times with a scheduling rep who told me they were "investigating". He even tried to plead the company as veteran owned, as if that affects the quality of service and customer support (which even more of a joke as I am myself a veteran). The scheduling rep was continually changing what their so called policy is for refunds, even though the only thing on the website is "200% guaranteed" promising a refund. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms were all not cleaned. They said spent two hours on the bathroom and they looked as if maybe an hour total was done of work. Eventually I had to rush and spend more money to clean it myself before the end of my lease. I was told I could maybe receive a partial refund, and then radio silence. Completely joke of a company. Don't give them your business, they'll stiff you.
