I called Prime Time just now and I'm a new customer and just moved from a different state. The secretary wanted to schedule a time to come in and asked for my credit card number. I was hesitant to give my email address. I did not give my email address and she started screaming at me. She also stated that the business moved and the address was different from this Yelp address. Wow there is a lot to unpack here: 1. The owners mom is who interacts with customer and in my opinion shouldn't happen and here is why. While waiting for a ride to pick me up because it's a four hour job she proceeded to tell me about all the "dirty" customers that come here. First off this is a car detailing place cars are going to be dirty that's what you're getting paid to do. She then start talking about the "towel heads". I asked her if she was talking about Muslim and she said yes that's what I call them "towel heads" completely unacceptable and idk racist. 2. On my way out there was about a 1 1/2- 2 inches step down that I did not see. This caused me to fall. And because of the fall I shattered my phone screen that cost me $213.43 to repair and hurt my knee. I awkwardly laughed the pain away. When I picked up my car I told the owners mom (idk her name she's handles the customers paperwork and phone calls) that they should put a sign there. She knew I fell because she asked if I was OK. I told her I was but I was not happy that my phone broke. She said she didn't feel like that a sign was needed. I think this is extremely ignorant and dangerous because at the end of the day a customer getting hurt inside their business makes them liable. 3. I had an interior and exterior detail done. I only wanted an interior done but she said it was the same cost as the interior and exterior so I might as well do them both. This cost $231.13. Do you feel like this was a kinda high. Because the cost was so high you can understand why I might be upset that there was stuff on my steering wheel, dash and gearshift. They were dirty water spots. 4. The car detail was a four hour job and when I picked up my car my seats where soaking wet. If I was told ahead of time that my seats were still going to be wet I might've brought a towel. Once again with the cost being as high as it was I would've like to see some type of plastic cover for the seats. my rearview mirror also wasn't cleaned. It's just a small details that I'm gonna be nitpicky about because of the higher cost. 5. When I googled them their address was completely wrong on Google I wasn't told about this until 20 minutes before my appointment. The only reason why the address is correct now is because I sent a suggested edit to google. When they moved to this location it could've been an easy and quick fix and would've been a lot more convenient for the customers. 6. I wanted to go to a small business owner for this job because I wanted to give back to the small business during Covid because I know a lot of small businesses are struggling during this time so it really sucks that I had a bad experience here. 7. Did my car come back looking better? Yes Did my car smell better? Yes Do I think the job could've been done better and cheaper ? 100% I personally do not plan on coming back to this business and I do not recommend it to anyone either. I'd rather spend my money at a business that doesn't say racial slurs to a customer about other customers.
