He was willing to try and squeeze me in without a reservation, it never worked out but it makes total sense why! These guys are so darn good at tinting, I get why there wasn't any open availability. He did his best twice to work me in, which just means exceptional customer service. I've had all of my vehicles tinted, and there has always been some amount of bubbling. ZERO bubbling here. Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to ruin a businesses reputation. This is the 4th car I've taken here to have the tint installed, I will say they are pricey but WERE worth the cost. The initial 3 interactions were very professional and hassle free. Showed up, they walked me through what I wanted and how much it would cost, I left, there were done in 2-3 hours, I paid, that was it. Great experience. This last time was not. I dropped off my 2026 Acura Integra Type S (which had less than 800 miles on it) off, informed the guy I wasn't interested in paying so much like last time, ($640 for the step above basic tint) and was wondering if they could work with me on the price, they couldn't, oh well. And like the other times I drop my car off, they're done within 2-3 hours and I come to pick it up. The first thing I notice is the car was filthy, I dropped it off spotless, salt shot up the sides of the car like it was doing highway speeds. I go into pay, get my keys, come out to the car and start it up, Every light on the dash that could be on, was on. Not to mention my alcantara seats were dirty. So I drive off and immediately call them, they explain "this happens all the time just drive it." I drive it at all speeds for 30 mins and the lights still are on. I call them back again and explain, and tell them "this only happens when the battery is deep cycled". Long story short they let my cars battery die, and said they could reset the light, they had some guy from the shop drive my car (it's a 6 speed manual) trying to reset the light which didn't work. They explained it was completely normal for this to happen because they need the car on they just forgot to hook up a battery charger, so I had to take it to the dealer to have the battery "charged and reconditioned and have basic settings parameters set". The owner or whatever he was maintained complete deniability throughout this whole thing and stuck to the "this is completely normal it happens all the time" script. read more

Tint Works scheduled an appointment to look at my son's car for stereo installation. He re-arranged his schedule to accommodate this. When he got there, they looked at him and his car and had no interest. They said "Well, you're not 18 so we can't talk to you." Why didn't they ask him this when he made the appointment? They are hustlers, that's why. My son is old enough to work, pay taxes and have a stereo installed at Best Buy. Tint Works is terrible. read more

Started off great and then went downhill. They are great at sales and promises. I tried to stay local and regret it. They did a very good job on most of the windows. The windshield they first did not cover all of the glass. So they rescheduled me right away. When I got it "fixed" they took all day, left a mess on my dashboard I had to clean of something. Then also the film was cut in a spot so it makes it look like my windshield has a small crack in. Their response was unacceptable. Told me If they did it again something else would happen to make it look bad and I am lucky it wasn't elsewhere. Then also said no tint job would be perfect so I need to just accept it as is. It looks like they cut the film accidentally with a razor blade. read more

Roger was friendly and was willing to negotiate on price. He told me it was going to take about 3 hours, so I cleared my morning schedule for a 9 a.m. appointment on a Wednesday. I received a text reminder the day before for 9, so I arrive and the shop is closed. I called and left a message and texted a couple times with no answer. He called me back a half hour later saying he never scheduled for 9 a.m...bologna. There was bubbling on my tint almost immediately after getting my car done. Looks like the process was rushed and a bit careless. Having worked for a tint company many years ago I can tell the lack of care in installation. Will be getting it redone elsewhere. Very disappointed as it was $$$. read more

I purchased a "Pop-n-Lock" tailgate locking system for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I called a couple places to have it installed and the rates were flat our unreasonable. I called John at Tint Works and he was super friendly. I told him I was only in town for a few days because I was driving through Ohio on my way to San Diego CA. They were able to accommodate my timeline and their rates were very reasonable. I talked to John and his installation engineer the day I dropped my truck off and the next day when I picked it back up. They were both very personable and friendly. If I lived in this area I would definitely do business there again. I highly recommend them to anyone. The only downside really is they are both Steelers fans. Recommended him to a couple of friends over the past year, who were both equally impressed and satisfied.
