Anthony and Brian at Prime Towing went above and beyond to help us when we were on a bind. I called roadside assistance through my insurance carrier when our car broke down at 2:30pm at Mission Viejo and needed a tow down to San Diego. Waited and called insurance roadside assistance numerous times only to hear the dispatch was cancelled or the wait time was 90 minutes then another 150 min. It was 8:30pm and still no towing assistance! We called Prime Towing directly and they were available immediately. We have used their services before and had their number. Needless to say, they were a lifesaver and I would 100% recommend Prime Towing. They are excellent, extremely professional and trustworthy. Thank you Anthony and Brian! read more

The engine in my car cut off as I was driving down the road. It was about 90 degrees and luckily I was able to coast the car and park under some shade. I got on my Roadside App and requested a tow truck. 5 minutes later, Brian called me and said that he was on his way. When he arrived, he greeted me with a smile, and started taking pictures. He noticed how low my car was, and got some wedges and placed it under the front tires. He then got some wooden blocks and said that this will make it so my car's exhaust will not scrape when he hooks it up. That was super thoughtful of him! As he was working on the tow, we chatted about cars and golf. We drove about 5 miles to my home. Not only did he unload my car, but he helped me push it in between two others cars so that I can leave it on my parking spot. Car troubles are always the worst. Brian was able to make my day not as bad with the level of service and professionalism he was able to provide. If I have any issues in the future () I will call Prime Towing and ask for Brian by name. Thanks again and I highly recommend! read more

What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. My Tesla had a flat tire and I needed a tow truck quickly. Prime towing was amazing, they showed up right away and they're based in Santa Ana, which helped a lot. Prime is outstanding! The team is great. Came out in 20 minutes helped my son and put his Tesla on a flatbed. Brian is a very nice man and very understanding gets the car on the tow truck and in minutes is down the road to Tesla in Irvine.
