We had a very complicated car vs pole situation and tow guys came to Tustin within 30 minutes on a Sunday evening and did an incredible job assisting us with removing the car off of the pole and they didn't rush the situation they took their time they assessed the damage and made sure they were extremely careful with removing the car off the pole. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the tow guys. I put in a request for a quote through Yelp with multiple tow companies' and the first response was the tow guys. Jose responded within 5 minutes and quoted me a price. Considering it was the first response I naturally waited to hear from other companies. I heard back from about 5 others and everyone's quote was almost double that of what Jose gave me. He told me he'd be able to help me at 8:30 AM he showed up 5 minutes early!!! No one is ever early in this business. The car I was towing had been idle for almost ten years all four tires were flat battery dead car not starting, Jose filled air in every tire, managed to get the car in neutral and got it on his flat bed. He spent so much extra time then what he probably anticipated and never asked for more money. He was helpful prompt and got everything I asked done. What a great experience and what an amazing price. Hello my fellow yelpers. I am giving Tow Guys 4 stars due to lack of Communication I received. I did not like that I was told around 7-8pm the towing truck would arrived. I got to the location at 7:25. Location where my Vehicle stopped working. I waited til 8 and nothing I called at 8:05pm man that picked up phone told me in 10 min. We those 10min ended up to be an extra 30min man showed up at 8:45. Poor communication. Overall price was good, kindness and friendliness was on top. I highly Recommend this place for towing.
