I've been seeing Bria the aesthetician at the Elian location. She got right to business and created a treatment plan for me to help with my texture, breakouts, and past acne scars. She took the time to ask me about my prior skincare treatments, my current skincare products, and taught me about what products I can introduce into my routine, and their benefits. I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. I loved the experience, and most of all the results. I already see amazing results and I can't wait to keep coming back.

Each time I've seen her she listened and gave me the results I wanted. I can tell you Ashley will not do something if she feels it's not the best. She and the business are not about your pockets and the money. Please visit the Injection Room (I went to the location on S. Flores Street) if you're looking to get any aesthetic treatments. It helps if you've done some research on your own so you can ask more direct questions. I'll miss Ashley with my upcoming move. Thank you Ashley for always being amazing and easy to talk to. I wish all the best for you personally and professionally!!

When we arrived my mother had driven over 2 hours just to be told to go outside and change primary provider after she has been seeing this doctor for over a year. She was told when we arrived at 2:30 to do so outside and then just to be told a little later that it was now to late, it was 3:30 and their machines were off so they would not see her. They told her she would be seen since they did not close until 4:00 however they had a change of heart and wanted to leave early to start their weekend. On top of this we were also told the doctor did not need to see her and that it was not urgent since the doctor did not note the file. Basically telling me that it was not true, my fault and that the doctor leaves notes so it was not the truth. This visit was because of chest pains and so the doctor asked her to drive in so she can receive an EKG and see a heart doctor the following day with the referral. However that did not mean anything for this secretary and did not understand why I was so upset. Not only was my mother frighten but now after making her way to San Antonio they just basically told her to go away so they can end their day early. I had been seeing this doctor for over 10 years and from time to time I could hear them on wanting to leave early so they would turn people away or cancel them. Then I also have received countless EKG and other test so I know their machines when they wanted to work were always off. So telling us that the machines were off at 3:30 was simply an example of just how much her health meant to her than her Friday afternoon. So if you are looking for a new doctor or have an issue with your health being a priority this medical office is not for you. Please look further and trust when I say your health is not a priority. If you would like to ask for names or ask more questions please let me know and I will be happy to share about my experience and all what I have come to know about the office. Including machines working when they want to and of course not feeling your health matters after all. Please do not visit this provider, my mothers health was not a priority and I do not wish the same for any of you.

They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.

Dr. Hernandez used lipoderma fat injections to smooth out the hollowed area and now my buttocks is dimple free AND filled out perfectly. The injection results were IMMEDIATE as was the Avéli cellulite removal procedure. II am thrilled to be able to wear lingerie and small bikinis without feeling embarrassed and unhappy with how I look. That's priceless to me. I recommend these treatments to anyone suffering from cellulite that feels nothing is working to eliminate it. I can't believe it when I look in the mirror now, what plagued me is finally gone.

Even the next day after my procedure, I didn't know how to bring up what happened. I do like my physical results so far, but the experience during the procedure affected me enough that I've been having nightmares about it. I plan on addressing everything at my 6-week appointment because I need time to process and communicate it properly. I originally came to Eterna Cosmetic Surgery looking for traditional liposuction where you're put under anesthesia. I explained very openly that I have bad anxiety and cannot tolerate pain for long periods of time. During my consultation with Dr. Hernandez, she reassured me that ViserLipo (awake lipo) would still work well for me because they would give calming medications and Pronox to manage both the pain and the anxiety. She said many people sleep through it or don't really remember much. With that explanation, I felt reassured and agreed to proceed. My appointment was originally set for November 25th. About two hours after I left the consultation, the office called saying they had an opening the very next day and preferred to move me to that slot. I agreed and prepared for ViserLipo on my upper and lower abdomen the following morning. When I arrived, my appointment was scheduled for 7:00am, but staff didn't arrive until around 7:45am. This stood out to me because their policy states that patients who are 15 minutes late are charged a $300 fee. After that, though, things seemed positive again, the staff was kind, the environment was clean, and I was given medications, a robe, a blanket, and had before-photos taken. At that point, I felt okay. I figured their appointment timing on the website was just wrong, not a big deal for me. Once I was in the operating room, things changed. They handed me the Pronox nozzle before starting the local anesthesia injections, but based on the conversation I heard (and maybe Im wrong and didn't hear right, but it still did nothing for the pain), the Pronox was not actually turned on yet. The injections were extremely painful. I also noticed Dr. Hernandez speaking to the assisting nurse in a way that seemed snappy or short, which added to my stress. Once the Pronox was turned on, it helped for a while. But suddenly it was taken away during the procedure. At that point, I could feel **everything** not pressure, not discomfort, but real, intense pain. I had a blindfold on, and my entire body started shaking. My arms and legs were tensing uncontrollably. Someone told me to keep still and keep my arms up, but I was trying my best just to withstand the pain. Eventually I started crying and managed to say that I was in pain, but the response I got was, "You're a little uncomfortable." I was not uncomfortable , I was in genuine pain. There is a big difference. Someone placed a stress ball in my hand, and I remember gripping it so hard it felt like I was tearing it apart. It felt like a very long time before the Pronox was given back to me briefly. By that point, I was terrified that my shaking or tensing would cause a mistake or injury. When it was finally over, they cleaned me and helped me into the garments. I was extremely dizzy and exhausted, but I was still asked to walk out on my own. There was no wheelchair offered. The moment I got into the car, I started crying again and begged my husband to drive to my mom's house because I just needed to feel safe. I've never experienced anything like that before. **If you are considering getting ViserLipo here, please understand that you may feel *everything* during the procedure. It can be VERY painful, and the experience may be much more intense than what is described during the consultation. **

My hair was already sun-blonde--I just wanted it lighter with cool, bright tones. The result was the opposite. My hair was taken down to a dark brown with no blonde tones at all. I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
