They were nice and highly rated, too, yet they just couldn't beat Joe's presentation and all around likability. The estimate was easy to read and laid out well. We decided to go with Joe and he and the company had seamless communication with us and great reminders. Oscar showed up on install day when promised and was super friendly and communicative, too! Prime Window installed film on windows in April 2022 that could not take the heat. The window eventually cracked under the heat and pressure. We had to have the windows replaced at our own cost. Prime Window was not prepared for windows in an Arrowhead home with heat and altitude pressures. It is unfortunate as my earlier review had good workmanship. That's a shame. read more

Professional and Fast! Came out one day the next day they completed the job. Super happy with how everything looks.

This company would be amazing if they stood behind their products they push. I contacted Prime when I first purchased some turf in my backyard. Although Turtle Turf advised me to purchase screens, Prime advised me on a film over the screen. A year later and that film was a crinkled mess. I wanted some privacy tint in my bedroom so I contacted Prime again and while they were here I inquired to the film they placed on my window. They advised me that the film was bad and they no longer carry it because of this fact and that the manufacture warranty was only 1 year. I decided to replace the film with the new brand, one would assume that removing the old film they promoted and installed wouldn't be a problem. Not the case I was charged $100 to remove faulty product they pushed and installed. This was absurd, but I already provided a down payment. read more
