I was greeted and helped right away a slower day and they were able to get it out about 30-40 minutes which is understandable because of the amount of dog hair in my car! He came to my car and said "yes, we've had problems with the drying system. In the near future we are going to be issuing drying cloths for customers". It's a Sunday afternoon at 2pm, it's not a big deal. Oh and then I ask for a lemon car freshener and he looks straight at me and gives me one of his preferred scents. I was officially done... I'm pretty disappointed as this was the first time I've been treated this way at a car wash. I have a membership here, now I'm thinking of potentially leaving. Half the time staff doesn't brush the car. Today two of us had to wait over five minutes while staff chit-chatted. Two weeks ago my car came out almost as dusty as when it went in. My husband showed staff and asked to run it through again. We were told no it's only once per day. After pushing back and a "Let me talk to my manager" we were granted another drive through. Wasn't it supposed to be "unlimited?" Vacuums don't work regularly and air hoses are every other stall if you're lucky. Think it's time to cancel my membership.
