This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. Although a bit expensive, I'm very happy with the quality of service received from Jefferson Locksmith from the time I placed my call up until the end of the service call and I highly recommend them. The websites of many locksmiths stated they were 24 hours, but when I called they were unable to help. They did great work that night, I later hired them for another project and even referred friends there. This has become my go to locksmith in Philadelphia. I haven't been disappointed yet.
