I am so disappointed in this shop. My husband has been going here for years and a few weeks ago will be his last. I'm posting a review now because it's time for him to get his haircut and due to things he told me, I refuse him to ever go there again. The little boy that calls himself an owner/manager made ever going there again, uncomfortable! He talks about customers in front of other customers, he talks about his employees to the customers, and he even talks real bad about the other owner (which is his father) in front of everyone as soon as he is out of the shop. How rude is that? One of many times, my husband said that his father was standing right outside smoking a cigarette while Christian was talking about him. Talk about disrespectful!!! Talking about your own father like that, including how his dumbass dad is giving him the shop. I did my research "kid". He's not owner legally and should never be on with that unprofessionalism. I knew what type of person he was when my husband said he quit, came back, then made a new barber move stations after being in the back station for years. Even though I have a masters degree in psychology, I don't even need my degree to see his insecurities. The way Christian carries himself and runs that shop is unprofessional. He is never calm and it seems like he has an issue with control. He needs to feel in control and feel as though he is the best of everything. Since he wants to be UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE, I will now continue to look for a barbershop that has more of a positive atmosphere. This way my husband does not have to worry if he is being talked about either. I actually feel bad for his employees, having to deal with THAT all day long. I have so much more to say, but now I have to find another shop. Last, his girlfriend also has written fake reviews for him, to make him look as though he personally is the best. What I see? I have been coming to Primo's Barbershop since the month it first opened. I'm guessing that's been a couple of years now, or more. Anthony, the owner generally cuts my hair, but so has Amanda on a few occasions. My haircut has always been great, the both of them have always been courteous, attentive, and professional. For me, I like that Primo's is a barbershop, and not a gimmick driven shop or dare I say, salon! Ok, yes Anthony started taking cash only, as a business man myself, I understand the money given away for CCs for many small businesses has just become too much to bear. I noticed today that Anthony bought new couches to replace the white ones that were being abused by clients that let there kids jump all over the furniture even though the sign says "no jumping on", not that he should have to say that to anyone. Bottom line, Primo's is a great place for a haircut, I'll keep going there for the foreseeable future. read more

Primos is a real deal barber shop. no gimmicks, no annoying up-sales. They treat their clients like rockstars, amanda even bought me a gift on christmas! As a routine client ive never had to go back to be fixed or remind them how i prefer the sides. Anthony knows how to treat people and how to hire the best. He cares about his clients and their families. I wouldnt pick anywhere else just to even try out.....I've sent 3 people in who have since been repeat customers. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I'm a recent transplant to Jupiter and I've found the barber shop I'll be going to for as long as I live here! The shop was clean, I didn't wait more then 5 minutes to be seen, and the service was great. The water that he sprayed in my hair was scented! SCENTED WATER! Simply amazing! I've been to many local barber shops in the Jupiter area and I've finally found the perfect place for me. Between the friendly environment, professional service and most importantly a great hair cut and coloring. One of the issues I've had being a man is in order to get coloring I've either had to go 2 two places or an over priced salon. Fast, cheap, good cuts. Ask for Bobby. I was just driving by and stopped in for a haircut. Bobby did my hair and was great. Honestly, the cut looked better than the salon I used to go to in West Palm, which cost twice as much. The cut was $20, I was in and out in under 15 minutes.
