Bart takes the time to actually understand what you want, offers honest input, and executes flawlessly every single time. He always nails it. Admittedly I was a little heartbroken when he moved to Florida, but fortunately, I find myself in Jupiter and Palm Beach quite often for work. I always make it a point to stop by Juniors and get my perfect haircut from Bart. I even find myself scheduling my visits around the times I need a haircut. On top of being an amazing barber, he's also just a great guy. Easy to talk to, professional, and clearly takes pride in his craft. Carlos O gave me the worst haircut I've had in years. I've been to many barbers, and this was easily the most disappointing experience. I was clear about what I wanted, but he ignored the request entirely and cut my hair far shorter than acceptable, doing whatever he wanted instead. The service was extremely rushed, with no care or attention to detail. He then insisted the result looked better than what was asked for and charged more than expected for the service. I'm now stuck waiting months for my hair to grow back. Completely unacceptable. Beware. read more

Got three haircuts from Carlos that were decent haircuts nothing out of the ordinary. unbeknowst to me, he has a minimum tip requirement he doesn't disclose and if you don't meet the requirement he texts you letting you know how much other customer tip him and that he makes $200,000 a year cutting hair and that he needs to be selective with his clients and do what's best for him. he makes 70 percent of each cut he does and if you tip him between $5-10, this is not enough for him. so, if your going to Carlos, prepare not be dazzled by your haircut and then to still have to tip him a certain amount even if the cut isn't entirely to your liking. Junior's Barber Shop is SO great. They do a warm lather straight edge shave on your neck. I recently got an undercut, and have been going here for the upkeep. One guy Reiner is awesome at hair designs, so I have gotten a snowflake, a star, the numbers 2022 for new year, and all sorts of designs in between. They have comfy couches, wifi, and TVs on all over. It's a welcoming, all inclusive place. Their barbers are both male and female, tattooed and not, old and young. I love it here. Not complicated. I was 3 months overdue, and i'm a once a month cut. I had been going to JUNIOR's for 4 years. Had a female barber that left. I'd be in her chair for 15-20 mins. I tried three times since she left. Young guy, rude girl, then yesterday Ruben. Told him I wanted #1 on the sides, to be there more than 5 minutes and leave some length on top toward the front. Should have been suspicious when he cut me facing AWAY from the mirror. Well, i've had longer haircuts in the ARMY. Thanks for the butchered High and Tight. Below average haircut, and NOT SUITED FOR KIDS!! You'd think a place in Abacoa would understand that kids probably make a good portion of their business. I was in there today for hair cut for myself and son. The hair cut I got was below average, kid's cut was fine. The guy cutting my hair spent more time nagging to the manager next to me that the receptionist was spending more time keeping my son distracted and occupied while he was getting his haircut. He might want to A) focus on taking care of the paying client (ME) and B) realize the receptionist was taking care of the other paying client vs sweeping hair. I have been bringing my sons here for years, and they always get a great haircut. However, the last two times I have made an appointment for my son, he is seen 45-minutes after his appointment twice now. I called today, and the excuse was the guy before him brought his son also. I personally think the sudden add-on should have waited for another barber, or his dad could have made an appointment for his son. Why is the client who scheduled an appointment punished by waiting 45-minutes over his appointment time? Poor customer service. read more

I've been taking my son here the past couple times he needed a haircut but yesterday we had the best experience. Mind you they keep the place very clean and neat, and the staff is always friendly but yesterday was the best because we finally found our barber. My son had Jay take care of him. He wanted something cool but didn't know what so I saw a kid next to him with a pretty neat haircut and Jay delivered. Took his time and asked for my okay every step of the way. He even agreed to give my son an undercut after many barber refusing it to him. All in all, great job! I'll definitely be recommending him to everyone. Upon arrival, there is a greeter at the front door. The barbershop opens up to a huge room filled with a lot of different cool decor, t-shirts, televisions, tattoo advertisements, motorcycles, couches and a section that sells shampoos etc. I can definitely say I was impressed. Service is very good and fast. There are a lot of salon chairs and barbers available to cut hair. The wait is not long. The barbershop has a very relaxing inviting atmosphere which makes the time go by. There are televisions for adults and arcade games for little kids too. Ruben is one of the barbers there. He gives a great haircut to little kids and adults. The barbershop is a very busy place and deserves to be. Service is spot on. Atmosphere is great. Prices are very affordable. The owner is extremely friendly too. He really goes out of way for his clients and it is much appreciated. This barbershop takes cash so come prepared. A lot of people complain and complain that they don't accept credit cards. Did customers ever think how much money credit card companies charge businesses? I'm at work, and I catch my reflection in the mirror, OMG where'd my undercut go? I ask one of the gals at work if she knows anywhere that will take me today. Lo and behold, JUNIORS! I called and asked who I should see- the girl at the front recommended Carlos. Made an appointment and was there a couple of hours later. I walked in and had to take a long look at the place. So much to see. The obvious- a rounded desk as the front to check in and out and pay. An ATM-this place is cash or check only. A couple of sofas to sit and wait for a chair. Work stations for the barbers on either side. Crazy motorcycle artwork with Latino undertones (). A mini arcade for the kids. The space is as clean as a busy barbershop can be on a Friday. My Barber Carlos is awesome. Super cool Tigre. I was in and out of his chair in 30 minutes. The design is awesome. I got tons of compliments. Fast forward a month- I'm back again in his chair for another design. He's quick and has no issues with looking at my Pinterest board. They overcharged me one time, and the next time I went the guy who did my hair acknowledged it, and said I'd get credit which I never did.
