I really appreciated that he not only remembered but was ready to move us. 4. Knowledgeable staff. Often at hookah places the staff places the coals to burn and dry out the shisha quicker. The staff was not pulling any tricks on us, but took care of our hookah and assured a good experience. Our hookha was looked after, coals were regularly replenished without us having to request it. The flavors are good, the staff is really nice, and the location can't really be beat. The only thing I disliked about it was the atmosphere, and that's a personal preference thing. I went at 2 am with some friends on a Friday night and they were playing loud music, which isn't exactly my thing. Another time I went in the afternoon (maybe 3:30 pm on a Thursday), and it was fairly calm and chill. I guess what time you go should depend on what you're looking for. If you think the atmosphere is for you, I recommend it. Moreover, and perhaps most importantly, the staff is really attentive to the happiness of the customers. I don't know that you'd get better service anywhere else; I know I haven't. The overall experience makes this place worth it.

We would be out until 2 or 3 am just hanging out at these types of places. Prince is by far my favorite one in Louisville. It's walking distance from UofL so it draws a younger crowd. The staff here is always so nice and don't make you feel rushed when you and your party is hanging out for hours. Last time I was here, the owner was the one that took care of everyone and he was the friendliest owner I've probably met. The hookah itself is good and it's not that expensive. A hookah with a single hose cost 11 dollars but when you're there for a long time, it's worth the money.

They are attentive and come around to you to make sure your hookah coals are burning but they weren't moving the coals around enough for the hookah to burn long and not burn the shisha. We were there less than an hour and at the end our bowl was so burnt we couldn't even hit it. Anyways, we would go back. It was a decent hookah lounge in Louisville. I just hope they have more flavors next time and don't let our bowl burn.

Aside from the door man, he was chill. Upon arriving we were forced into buying a second hookah, since we had a party of five, despite two people in our group not smoking. After purchasing both hookahs, we were extremely let down by the lack of flavor. The man at the counter was very hard to work with, and the DJ was stuck in 2012, and not in a good way. Also the bathroom had no soap, and felt like a park bathroom at the waterfront. Only putting two stars for my guy working the door!

I took my husband to Prince Hookah on his birthday, which was both of our 1st time. We were very impressed with the hot off the grill, delicous lamb gyro w/ fries. It was very affordable and the hookah and coffee prices were affordable as well. We had a cozy booth by the window and the dimness is great for the comfort level. There was a young Arab guy there who was friendly and accomodating. They changed the music when we came in to more mainstream, radio music because most patrons would want that, but upon our request he played beautiful, melodic, upbeat Arab music. We felt like we were in some distant part of the Middle East or Europe. Great get~away. We left purchasing our own hookah and flavored tobacco. Being that I enjoy hookah, I was stoked to discover Prince Hookah Lounge a few years ago. School made it much harder to visit frequently, so when I went last night I was more than pleased to see the remodeling and the expansion. It's much larger with booths as well as a smaller section off of the larger room with a much more relaxed atmosphere. Go smoke some hookah at Prince and enjoy much more! read more

Prince Hookah has a great layout, with three separate rooms with seating it's easy to find your own corner with friends or with a special someone. The prices are great, especially if your in a group of people for splitting the cost and their menu has a wide range of hookah flavors and items to eat and drink. Look out for specials on certain days! read more

This is one of the best hookah joints I have been to. It offers a relaxed easy going atmosphere. The service is amazing and prompt. They also offer a variety of food that trumps many full service restaurants. My favorite is the chicken shawarma. And for hookah try the amazing Prince mix. The combination is heavenly. read more

I just enjoyed a hookah in this lounge. It was amazing, made just right with great service. I didn't have to ask for coals as it was provided promptly. They also offer a great selections of soft drinks that you can't find anywhere else. I highly recommend this place if you are in town. read more
