The one thing I noticed is the service is better and more attentive. I didn't have to walk down 20 aisles to find an employee to ask a question. This location is located in downtown Brooklin. It's a fun historic strip of small boutique stores and restaurants. If you find yourself buying stuff here stop across the street at Baldwin burger. Yummy.

When I called and reached the general department extension, I spoke with this amazing lady, who tried redirecting me to the pluming department, but no one was answering. So instead of leaving it at that, she asked what I was looking for and spent the time going to the department herself, picked up 3 different choices, and read the model number for me so I can look at it online, spoke to her colleagues to get more information, and gave her personal experiences. And when I picked up my order, it fits perfectly!! This kind of amazing service is rare to come by and I truly believe that it should be recognized. We've arrived around 20:00 yesterday and went to pickup boards to be cut. We asked multiple times…read morefor assistance to get someone at the large saw to multiple people, no one came. We asked to see the manager, no one came. We left after nearly 25 minutes waiting. This is not my usual experience but in less then a week it is the second time i ask for assistance without a positive outcome. A note: the staff were not overwhelmed with demands at the time. Be forewarned, to pickup off the shelf or to ask where a part is located, you should be fine. anything more complex, you have to hunt down the people that will really help you or care about the service.
