This cruise line is very chill (boring), which is perfect for me. Relaxation & fine dining is key here. Didn't see many children.

Ah Peincess. You are my 7th cruise line and about my 22nd cruise. So, I am pleased overall with Princess. Their food is above Royal/Celebrity. I went on a unique itinerary which is much appreciated. The better part of going on an older ship is a more unique and less popular itinerary. Instead of doing the usual ports...we were in exotic ports like Martinique, Trinidad, Grenada and Dominica Plus the usual Sint Maarten, St Kitts, Aruba and Curacao. i want to see the ports and not necessarily the ship. We sailed Coral Princess from 11/24-12/8/2025. This ship is older but still maintains her own flair. She also attracts awesome passengers from all over the world. This is one of the best parts of cruising. The shows were really good. We saw the magician, Joel Myeers who captivated us. Also, we saw Miguel Washington the comedian. I enjoyed the jokes. The dancers and singers were excellent. What I appreciated most was being served goat cheese. I was thrilled because I love it so much. Well, the next day after the served it was a sea day and I asked for goat cheese. The main chef came out and said he would get it for me the next day in Aruba. The man kept his promise and I had goat cheese for the next four days. Of course there is a ton of food. But the goat cheese was high quality like the one I purchase at home Make sure to fill out your surveys because the cruiseline does pay attention and promote feom within. I am doing this plus acknowledging my favorite people. Gilbert, our amazing room steward who always had a smile and was positive despite having one of the toughest jobs on the ship. Keith for always getting us hot water for tea. Vipir at Effy who was so genuine and not fake at all like his counterparts at the store. Rushell who took away our (my) numerous plates at the buffet without a miss snd always with a smile. Patrouka at the International Cafe who always brought out the best chocolate chip cookies. I love the pool. It was clean and so relaxing. The stateroom was spacious and comfortable. Oh yeah, of course Elmon at the Salty Dog Cafe made the best cheeseburgers. But, of course, there is always a downside. That was the Internet manager who I will write about in the survey im more detail. She was harsh and unhelpful. I had little to no Internet throughout the cruise because of her disabling something on my laptop! This frustrated me a little, to put it mildly Thankfully I had some access due to TMobile International pass in the ports. And last night which was the last night of the cruise. I noticed a miscellaneous $188 charge to my account, luckily. The boutique said I bought three shirts and a sweatshirt. Not true. They said I signed for it. Not true. I asked them to check the security footage. Two hours later, without an apology the manager said they checked the video frame by frame and saw I did not make the purchase. Well, guess what? They have the photo of the person when a stateroom number is given to make a purchase. So whoever bought those items was not me. And did not look like me. Princess did not take care in checking the person who used my stateroom number. Without the Internet manager and the shady practices of the boutique, Princess would have gotten 5 stars from me.

This was out first time on Princes. We were pleasantly surprised. From the food choices to the staff, it was really nice. The shows were hit and miss though. The big ones were great but some of the little ones were just ok. Rooms were clean and modern. Balcony nice with a good amount of room for our room. Overall it was pricey but given the packages and food it was probably worth it. We would cruise with them again.

We did a transatlantic cruise on the Sun from Southampton to Fort Lauderdale They keep changing room categories, but we had booked a Reserve mini suite which gave us access to a dedicated restaurant where we could eat dinner as well as some other priority perks, and benefits. We also booked their princess premiere package so we had the premier drink package as well as Wi-Fi and our gratuities were paid so this made the trip a lot more enjoyable as we were not nickel and dime to death. We also had access to fitness classes which ended up being pretty good. This package also gave us access to some of the casual dining restaurants that now Have an up charge. We were also allocated some specialty dining restaurant access. First, the room was super comfortable, probably one of the most comfortable beds we have had at sea, and that is saying something! The ship is brand new so everything worked as appropriate and nothing was broken yet! The bathroom was a great size for us. If anything, the patio was the most uncomfortable thing but during a transatlantic, you're not using it too much since it's so windy. We did have access to the reserve dining room, and the staff got to know us and tried to see us with the same serving team every night. We did struggle with the food, princess likes to fry everything so I ended up having to place my order for dinner The night before with special request for grilling versus frying most of my meals. They were quite accommodating for this issue. Princess is well known for their creative cocktails and this is where they stand out! They had some phenomenal drinks as well as they taught classes on how to make different cocktails at good spirits. One of the design challenges of this ship is that the entertainment venues are very small, and I think the thought was that they would have many things happening at one time, and people would disperse to the variety of events of greatest interest, however, it doesn't quite execute this way as everyone wants to see the show and if it's good, they will continue to go see that show over and over so it ends up being a mess and people wait an hour just to get a seat at a main show so someone needs to rethink this. There was always something to do, the Piazza was a happening place, which always started with Zumba at 9 AM and by the middle of the cruise you had three stories of people doing Zumba, lol I know many of the families on board were very disappointed with the top floor of the ship, which was supposed to be an entertainment and active area with ropes courses and such, but it could never quite pass the safety inspection so I believe everything has been dismantled or will be soon. She's a new design for princess and they have another ship coming out soon where they have made some modifications I believe She's a big ship so I would not book her for anywhere that has ports too small for her to dock as the tendering process is a nightmare. There's just too many people. The staff were incredibly kind and eager to please, get to know the coffee shop folks and they'll make your order before even asking I love the fact that it's open 24 seven as well that's unique on a ship The fitness center was way too small for the ship and I found myself having to wait in line at 6 AM for the doors to open. Very limited cardio equipment and it was quite the battle to get a workout in on those sea days. The fitness classes were helpful as I have mentioned, and it was nice because those were specific to princess premier . I would probably wait until her next ship has been out a while and or they've made the modifications to sun to make it a little easier to sail with better people movement before we would book her again

I haven't written a review on Yelp for a long time! But I have to write this review for the excellent services on the 16-Day Panama Canal cruise we received on the Island Princess. The ship itself may not be 5 star. But the services we got are over 5 stars. So the average is 5 stars. Island is an older ship designed for the Panama Canal. So if you want to see the historic old locks. The Island Princess is one of the best choices. I enjoyed the ship especially the main dining room. We have an excellent restaurant manager - Erasto leading his outstanding restaurant team. And we have one of the best waitresses - Elyza serves our table and her assistant - Marlon. This perfect team makes our exceptional dining experience more enjoyable. The average employees on Island Princess are better than most of the 25+ cruise ships I have tried in recent years. Also, we are so lucky to have a wonderful cruise director - Scott on board. We have more fun because of Scott's amazing ability and happiness. Island Princess is not a brand-new ship. It has some old designs that may not be fixable. For example, the shower curtain is disliked by almost everyone I know on board. However, some easy changes can be done to make the staterooms more comfortable is replace the round glass coffee table with a multi-use table/chair or just a chair will be fine. Only one chair in the room is not enough. I'm happy with this 16-Day Panama Canal cruise because of the outstanding service we got. I'm coming back with another Princess Cruise soon!

It's my first time on a princess cruise. I got on this really new ship called Star Princess. It's their flagship carrier. Brand new everything. Just inaugurated in the US in October this year. The latest Technology in everything made it for comfortable experience. The app wasn't the best. It had bugs while checking in etc but once on board, everything worked seamlessly. The elevator system was phenomenal. I got a balcony in the middle of 15th deck, so it was pretty easy for me to navigate anywhere. However, I was told my mini fellow guests that it wasn't the easiest to navigate. Princess is mainly for older people and couples. I'm not their target audience but whatever they did, they did best considering their target audience in mind. Easy, smooth and traditional experience. It's called the love boat for a reason I have met many people who have done over 100 cruises on Princess alone. Security check in at Fort Lauderdale port took forever. But once done, embarkation was pretty quick. I took eastern Caribbean itinerary. There isn't a lot to do in Princess Cay or amber cove unless you take excursions. Grand Turk was very nice. At amber cove, I did the hike and jump af Damajagua water falls. It was nice. There are hardly any spicy food options to throughout their menu. While MDRs offered decent food, their push is mainly toward specialty dining. There were almost a dozen speciality restaurants. The ship is also not very kid friendly. Not many entertainment options for children. Gym is practically deserted. So if you want to workout the space is all yours. Some shows were very good. I loved the duo fusion. Viva La música was great but the biggest highlight was comedy by Ken Boyd. He was absolutely phenomenal. I have never seen a comedian, pushed the boundaries to the levels that he pushed. It was so authentic and connected. The magic show by illusionist David Giatti was smooth as well.

14 day Caribbean cruise from Fort Lauderdale to New York. Once you sign up for the cruise, you sign onto the Princess Cruise app to get ocean ready. It wasn't working right so I called the 800 number and customer service nicely walked me thru it. I was able to sign up by scrolling down the sign on page and sign on using the booking number. Then I followed the instructions with passport number & selfie. Make sure to print your luggage tags to save time. We took a 9 pm flight in San Francisco and landed in Fort Lauderdale at 6 am. We got our luggage at terminal 3 and walked what I consider a quarter mile to terminal 4 for coffee and bagels. Others said it was right next door. At 10 am, we walked to the ride share lot and ordered a Lyft suv to cruise port 21. It took about 6 minutes to arrive and was $26 for 4 of us and our 4 huge suitcases & 4 carryons. A cruise porter with a big cart of luggage had us follow him with our luggage to the luggage drop off point. I recommend putting your clothing in huge plastic bags. Then putting it in your suitcase. It was lightly raining when we arrived and quite a few passengers had wet clothes soaked thru their suitcases. Guest services on the ship did a free emergency laundry service for them. After dropping off the suitcases, we were embarking on after 10 am. The first long line was a quick 20 minutes to get in and X-ray your carryons. The second set of lines took 20 minutes to check in with your passport, those with medallions and those needing to pickup their medallions. Third line was getting a group number to embark. We were lucky and we were able to embark right away with our elite status friends. The world buffet was open so we relaxed and had lunch. Our rooms were ready at 1 pm. Our friend's luggage arrived right away and ours arrived about 3 pm. We had an inside port room, with a queen size bed, two twins pushed together with side tables on both sides and a comfortable two feet between the bed and walls. We had about 3 feet at the foot of the bed to the long desk top and side bar. There were small side shelves on the left, a heavy chair pushed in, small fridge underneath, a 40 inch tv on the right and a mirror on the left above the table top. Under the side bar on the right, there were 4 drawers, top one had a blow dryer plugged in. That's where you blow dry your hair if needed. Padded head board across the whole wall back wall, blank wall on the side waking in and a pretty picture and a two foot floor length mirror. Entry way to bathroom had two nice size open closets hang your clothes, opposite side had open shelves and a cupboard with shelves and a small safe. Pull up a YouTube video on Enchanted Princess cruise. They have lots. Super fun relaxing trip with nice employees and good service. Lots of cruisers are friendly. Elevators can get crowded, it could be hard to find a table at the buffet but bar table seating is usually available. There's a lot of food and drink options. The smoking & non-smoking casino can get crowded and the pool too. You can go to the casino bar to get a drink if a waiter doesn't come by. There's a lot of good and some bad but you're on vacation. We had a great time.

We were on the Enchanted princess and we stayed in the Sky Suite S310 which was in the Caribbean and we enjoyed every second of it- from the art to the jewelry at Effy and our suite. The stay was nothing short of a dream. Vlad is our concierge aka superhero! He made everything possible, seamless and perfect. All we had to do was text him. So super easy. We now have Elite status and will be able to follow him when he is working because I can't image not having him. I'm excited to continue to travel the world. Doro and Johil from Effy are rockstars- my husband bought me jewelry and we will continue to work on with them. Park West (Art) has been working on an epic project for us to bring world class art to our hometown. I can't wait!

The oldest n biggest cruise line is Princess cruises, it's part of the Carnival corporation traded on the NYSE as CCL. CCL includes Carnival cruises, Costa, Cunard, Holland America, P&O. Seabourn and I can't believe they also owned the German cruise called Aida, "too big to fail" came to mind. This review will compare it w its next competitor Royal Caribbean. I'm currently on the Enchanted Princess a 5 yo ship, it's beautiful but unfortunately it's 100% like the entire fleet, nothing has changed, it's the same layout, can somebody figure out that nobody wants to eat lobster every day? We want variety! You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that people get bored seeing the same old designs, they only change the color of the carpet n paintings on the wall! Royal Caribbean has a new class of ships every few years, I started w the voyager class then freedom then Oasis, Quantum finally the Icon class of ships. I was in awe when I 1st got on the Allure of the Seas n look forward to the Icon this Thanksgiving, each class brings more excitement, it's an amusement park n Las Vegas put together. Princess invented the balloon drops but I'm so disappointed it's canceled while RC copied it n made it into an extravaganza, on the Symphony of the Seas they hired an amazing Jamaican cruise director guy who just drove everybody into a frenzy for 1 hour dancing to pulsating disco music then came the balloon drops to welcome us n again 4 farewell. Words of mouth made the icon so popular it took me 1 year to book it, every cruise is booked 1.5 years in advance! The biggest pro in Princess cruises is its relaxed environment, you will never see a long line at their buffet, it's crazy but the world marketplace is almost 1 mile long n you'll never have to fight for a table or a lounge chair at the pools either. RC is so crammed, even the elevators have line. The 2nd uniqueness of Princess is their EZair department, they book your flight 4 so cheap it was unheard of, we paid $400 pp to fly round trip to Singapore n sometimes it's a non stop flight. Nobody has as many exotic destinations as Princess. The French invented the bidet but they were so primitive I never used it at my brother's house or any hotel. The Diamond Princess has amazing bidets. I had booked rd trip cruise fr Tokyo only a 11 hours flight fr there it would go to Thailand n Vietnam, Korea etc.. Covid canceled that n after Covid it's never again offered, my husband can no longer handle a 18 hrs flight to Singapore. Princess alone has cruises to South America fr Los Angeles! They have exceptional destinations. Food choices are endless, they are generous the steaks are tender, the hours are longer than any other cruise lines. RC cut their hours so much it's inconvenient to both dine n see shows every night. Captain Raffaele DiMartino is the hardest working captain, he was so engaged n accessible, his farewell party was amazing n endearing to the crowd, you feel this really is the love boat. I have no idea why would anybody complain about customer service. Princess responds to every concern immediately n until you have complete satisfaction. I remembered complaining about my cabin on a Panama Canal cruise n they ungraded me to a mini suite! It's unheard of. I'm still grateful they took care of me when I fell 12 steps down the stairs, I had German doctors taking care of me, it was a state of art medical center! I'm suspicious of MDs w degrees fr Mumbai, Brazil, Africa, people would be scared to know how many of them are impersonators, and charlatans. Finally let's talk about the food on the Enchanted, it's very good but too salty, I'll review on their site n let them know it was very dangerous as the older passengers might suffer, I packed extra anti hypertensives n up my husband dose after taking his BP, he might have gone to the pearly gates wo the extra dose. The 2nd thing that kept me fr giving them 5 stars is they fooled us by giving us margarine or a mixture, it's crazy my table mates can't tell the difference, wo butter the lobsters were not worth eating I took pictures but left it behind, yep I'm a fussy eater so you know my reviews are accurate. They can't have beurre blanc in many dishes if there's no butter! Fortunately their chantilly is so delicious like what I had in Paris, I never ate so much tiramisu, Black Forest cake in my life. Captain DiMartino, we love you but bring back the butter or I will never take a cruise on this ship again. I was told each Captain is a CEO n can do whatever he wants w the budget given. So there you have it, Princess is classy the band n the shows were phenomenal but I miss the holiday on ice and aqua shows uniquely available on RC ships. Except 4 the icon class Princess fares are always higher, you pay for more public spaces n longer buffet hours.

We took a 10 night Southern Caribbean cruise with Princess. 6 Shore days and 3 at Sea. (Princess Cays, Bahamas, St. Thomas, Dominica, Martinique, St. Kitts, Antigua) Enchanted Princess is a newer ship (2021) and played a part in our decision-overall in great shape. From Ft Lauderdale, things didn't start out well given massive queues (about 45 minutes) to board the ship-loyal Princess passengers assured us this was an anomaly and a first for them. We had a Balcony room which was comparable in size and amenities when compared to other cruise lines. We liked the closet space. The laundry room with irons was a nice touch as we didn't get this on other Ships. (So far) Main dining/Buffet was very good and comparable. We had a pretty good steak with exceptional service at the Crown Bar/Grill. 3 course Dinners and service at the Capri were excellent. They had the standard Burger/Hot Dog stands as well Pizza slices stand (which stood out) We really enjoyed the evening shows! Broadway style productions, Alfreda Gerald (tributes to Aretha and Tina), Rock Opera, Magician and Comedians to name a few. Gym had all of the necessary equipment with Saunas available (extra) in the Spa area. We also met and connected with other passengers more than other cruise lines that we've taken. The crowd is fun and most of them were Princess loyal. Excursions via the Cruise were pricey (the case with all of the lines). For the first time, we decided to go with local tour companies day of and it all worked out-support local and more reasonable pricing. Disembarking was much smoother and we were able to get a Taxi with no wait. Overall, service was excellent with helpful and engaged staff throughout. The Cruise Director, Alejandro, kept it all fun. This Love Boat delivered the goods!

Vancouver to Alaska Land Cruise and train! Day one of our trip boarded in Vancouver and went to and through the customs and immigrations at the port in Canada at Canada Place in Vancouver. Going through the area where you check in and drop off your luggage we ended up taking an Uber which was easier than taking the bus it seemed. We dropped off our luggage with the bellman who then brought it on the ship where we found it in front of our room later on that afternoon. Aboard the ship we found not many friendly faces working the bars until we got to 1 where the bartender was friendly near the central pool. We had pizza for snack which was very tasty, then went on to follow some of the rules and regulations by listening to the video of safety and going to our room and dropping off our backpacks our rooms are small but nice shower is very small water fills up in the shower area but it is really not a problem. Our Butler or person to take care of our room was Hendry He was very nice and took very good care of us on day one making sure that we had everything we needed in our room. Went off until dinner but before that we watched the hockey game in the cigar bar where we found that was the only TV's to watch the game. There was a raffle at the spay and John described the prize and we ended up winning one. But it was really only a discount off their service. Dinner was delicious I had Cod, my wife had the seafood Stew. My friends had the pork chops and the short ribs it was very tasty and each item and an appetizer and some additional items to enjoy service was magnificent. Wish the bread was warm but ate it because we were hungry. Afterwards we enjoyed the show with some folk music. Day 2 Day 2 happened to be Father's Day and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony of our room watching the country sail by us went down to breakfast and we were to late for the sit down breakfast so we went to the coffee shop. Then went to the buffet. Service was mediocre. Spent the day going from lecture to lecture where the staff tries to sell you something. Followed by a fathers day message. I used the discount from day one to get $100 off the price of the $199 message. Plus 18% added for service fee. After the message I stopped off at the indoor Jacuzzi grabbed a drink and relaxes after a 75 min massage. The massage was just ok. .u wife had a better massage and enjoyed it more. So I get in the hot tub in the atrium. There seemed to be mold around the outside of the tub. It was not the best experience. Many of the jets did not work. The day went buy and wr found ourselves in the International Dinning room for dinner. Service was just ok needed to step it up with us. After we listened to some music and went to the wonderful event from Bravo. Great voices! Followed by an after dinner drink and some music in the center of the ship. Day 3 Ketchikan we get to Ketchikan at 6 AM. The staff gets on the announcements and wakes us all up not once but twice! Wr got off and walked around like the tourists we are. Enjoyed walking in and out of the shops with a stop at Annabelle's for a crab lunch. I had the clam chowder and wife had the Dungeness crabs. Back on the ship and listened to a lecture on Picasso, where they try to sell to you one of the Unsigned numbered copies. They are signed by the granddaughter but not Pablo Picasso. After we went down for afternoon tea! Scones, finger sandwiches and cakes. With black tea cookies, jam and cream. Enjoying the scenery outside the window. Dinner was just ok, we had panko fried cod, nothing to write about. Dessert was mediocre. We went to see the game show that ran a little long but fun. we mobed to a new dinning room. Malik and Javier took care of us. So far it was the best meal and best service we have had on the ship. I had the chicken parmesan and the special penne ala abriatta That the manager Allwin who was excellent! Euphoria duo in the wheelhouse lounge. Great voices! Finally called it a night after 11! Day 6

Post part 2 of 2 Rock Opera - Music from some rock operas. Again, sound mix was bad. "Couple of Magicians" (married couple) - Magic was standard fare stuff, nothing unique. Had some audience participation. Ashley Rose Smith (ABBA tribute and mix music) - Good voice but not so great selection of music Tom Franek (piano playing comedian) - Great showman and fantastic piano playing. Played it facing backwards, lying on the floor and standing on his head. Worth going to it! Farewell Musical - Decent music but a little slow Culinary demo - Entertaining and funny act by the head chef and maître d'. Head chef made the real dishes while the maître d' made crazy concoction replicas. Disembarkation - Very smooth but of course lots of people all trying to catch Ubers, Lyfts and group transfers - The long line at customs had facial recognition which helped speed it along

We were seated by the walkway, and there are a lot of open tables available.

I'm on the Royal Princess 7-day Mexico Riviera Cruise. I will Not cruise with them ever again. The customer service is horrible from the very start. They had no clue what they should be doing. The cleaning people took hours to clean and kept forgetting essential items, also took a long time to deliver stuff to the room. The worse part was the dining room staff. We had to wait almost half an hour before getting served for just water. This is ridiculous. Everything was so unorganized. Just avoid. Royal Caribbean is so much better. Stay away from Princess Cruise!!! By the way, I also believe they are racist. So another reason to stay away if you are not White.

Captain DiMartino, we love you but bring back the butter or I will never take a cruise on this ship again.

Okay, this has been a totally odd experience. It started with a 5 star review by me when we were…read morein the process of getting our large group cruise put together. Consider it excited optimism as a first time group coordinator who was full of hope and promise. Then we do the sailing. I followed up with the one star review that follows: "Okay, our cruise is done and I'm not all too pleased. The Royal Caribbean Majesty of the Seas and it's staff were great, but Regency sucked, IMHO. First off, the communication gaffs were horrible. We had 133 people on a 2700 passenger ship, or 5% of the total passengers. Sure, we're not the biggest group ever, but every customer is important. The problems: 1. Couldn't reach my agent, Linda, for final info, large package loading & contact on board for our room the Friday before we sailed. 2. That would have been no biggie except that on Monday, the day we sailed, she was unreachable after the morning when I had some issues with the situations on board. 3. The scheduled bus pick up time was booked 1 hour later than she told me she'd book it for us, causing 50 some-odd people to wait an extra 30 minutes in the sun for the first bus and another 30 people to wait 90 minutes in the sun for the second bus. 4. We had used some GAP points to give our passengers a bottle of Champagne in their stateroom, which was there, but with her & Regency taking credit for it. 5. Even though she stated there was a chance I wouldn't get an upgrade as a large group leader (and was assured not to book a higher grade), my wife and two children were shoehorned into a standard room when the cruise line sold the super high cost huge rooms that had been available for cents on the dollar to help fill the boat. If I had known they'd do that, I would have paid for one of them, she should have known that they do this. 6. After speaking with experienced cruisers, they stated that she should have booked herself on this cruise with a group our size, to make sure everything went perfectly. 7. She was paying for one of the buses, yet I got charged for both, and only a review of my CC statement caught that, after which the charge for the other bus was removed from me and put on them. I thought we were really getting top of the line help and assistance, but, in review of my notes of situations and some communication gaps, I think I was wrong about my first review. I guess I was just happily anxious and new to being the leader of a big group sailing. What really cheesed me was that on Monday when we sailed, I called her at noon from the boat and was told she'd left the office for the day (on a Monday) and called her cell phone. Yet, I received no calls back, nor did I get one today to see how everything went as a wrap. She was pushing to get another trip booked for later in the year. We'll have another big cruise (I'll let all my yelp friends know too, could be a fun event!!), but it won't be through Regency. Saddest thing is that Linda is one of the owners and her son & daughter play in my league and we should have received even more superior care. I know I'm not their only customer and I'm no more important than any of the others, but this just doesn't sit well with me. Oh well, live and learn and move on." Now fast forward to us awaiting our check from Regency for some money due back from RCCL that was being processed by Regency. I had been made aware that the check had been cut on January 26th but still hadn't received anything by late February. I then called them, specifically Linda, to find out what was going on. I was told Linda was on vacation until March 23rd and would have to wait until she got back, and then there was some seemingly subtle hint of her not liking the review I'd left on Yelp, which might have led to the delay. This was the gist of what was quickly stated by the person on the phone and then not followed up with by them, as I had to leave a message for the co-owner, Cindy. I spoke to Cindy, who's the co-owner of the agency with Linda, a little later, both via phone & email. She was unaware of the situation and none too pleased with what I had to tell her. She wasn't upset with me, but with how we were handled. I wasn't sure what direction this was going to go, so I removed all my reviews of them, as I wanted to make sure I received the money due us. Not that everything's clear, I've decided to post my whole ordeal. I have to give big props to Cindy, as she handled the situation professionally and quickly, while being apologetic about it. The reason they're getting two stars is her follow up. Having not dealt with the remainder of the agency, I can't speak for how good of a job they'd do, but I stand by my results from the dealings with Linda at cruise time, which were very disappointing. Like I said in my original deleted review, move on and up and go from there.

We also cruised on Allure of the Sea and Harmony of the Sea, in previous years. On our second trip with this same group, we tried a Princess ship. We've traveled often on Princess, and as adult travelers, we enjoyed it. BUT, and this is a big but, (you should excuse the expression), there is SO MUCH MORE for kids as well as adults, to do onboard this ship!!! So, we returned, for a third time, to the Oasis class ships. There are Broadway caliber shows, an ice show, an aqua show, and of course, comedy shows, and musicians everywhere, even (spoiler alert) a piano player with an upright piano on wheels, who has been seen entertaining while riding up and down on an elevator. Ice skating, water slides, a dry slide, 10 stories high, a carousel, pools for all, plus one's just for kids and one for adults only. There is a zip line, two rock walls, two flow riders, three pickleball courts, basketball, mini golf, day camp for many age groups, an escape room (a nominal fee), piano bar, karaoke venue, and so much more, no extra charge! There is an enormous atrium three stories high, large enough for parades. Central Park is just above it, with large, full grown trees and plants everywhere, including colorful orchids and bougainvillea, open to the sky. All of the above is included. There are many dining choices and many high end stores. This ship has something for everyone! Note: once you reserve your cruise, find out if and when you can book shore excursions and make reservations for all entertainment, book any specialty restaurants you may want to go to. The entertainment is included, (no extra charge), however, most of the specialty restaurants have a fee. A couple of tips: *You are permitted to bring one 1 liter bottle of wine, (21+ years old, and a case of cans of soft drinks per person. This is great if you're driving to a local port. *we mostly cruise out of Port Everglades or Miami, often on our way to various Caribbean islands. Parking off site at Park 'N' Go by the pier is wonderful for Port Everglades. Sign up for an account after downloading their app. Book ahead with the app. They do fill up!!! Especially during holidays. You will get discounts based on # of days there. I book for all 3 families and put them on my card, so savings add up quickly. They promptly take you to your ship. One very nice thing... they waited for us all to arrive and took us to the ship, all eleven of us, together. We got picked up at the pier as our group of 11 as well. They valet Parkland, Florida your car and when you return, the van drops you off at your car. Nice service. *our experience at the Port of Miami, however, has been very different. We tried to, park at an off site location one time. It was in a public parking garage. Then you had to call for a pickup. It took forever... or felt that way. The others we were traveling with parked onsite at the pier. They waited 45minutes for us to arrive curbside. Onsite parking is simple. You can park and walk your luggage across the street to the ship.
