Went here for my first time the other day, I know I gave them 3 stars, was debating on giving them 4. It's a nice place, seems clean and the guys that work there are nice. I got a Gel French manicure, it came out ok, have had better and have had worse at other places. I was a little disappointed though (reason for 3 starts and not 4) was because the very next day on my thumb nail it chipped a little. ... update: so now after one week (tomorrow will be one week exactly) tonight the other thumb completely started to chip off as you can see and one a different nail (the index finger you can see in one of the photos also started to chip) other places I've had the gel done it's lasts up to 3-4 weeks, this couldn't even last one week, definitely not happy with this place and don't plan on going back, thinking of changing my review to 2 stars instead of 3. read more

Loved my manicure from Kevin and pedicure from Kelly but the owner however was rude and unprofessional hence the 1 star. I came back 2 weeks after my gel dip to get them removed and she was very rude saying that it wasn't free. First of all, I only went there for the first time to buy a gift certificate for someone and since there and there was no wait, I thought might as well get my nails done instead of driving to my regular salon and risk waiting. I asked how much for a gel dip and she said $45 with removal. I didn't know what removal she was talking about since I didn't have any tips/manicure on my nails so I assumed it was after two weeks when it's time to get them either removed or redone. I would have been fine with her saying I'm sorry but it's not free. Instead, she was so condescending. So embarrassing especially because there were other customers there. It's only $10 to remove them and I would've been fine paying that but her delivery was so uncalled for it was unreal! I wouldn't want to pay extra $10 for a gel dip to come here anyway. Please go to LA Nails in Raynham instead. It's only about a mile and a half away or so from this place. They charge $40 for a gel dip and no removal fee if you're getting your nails done there. The owner or manager is much nicer and professional too! read more

Called this morning and was able to get in within an hour. Tanya was so great with helping me pick out my color/design and she was so patient with me. I really enjoyed our conversation during my visit too since at most salons they don't talk to you and just talk to each other in their native language and I always feel awkward. Tanya went above and beyond to make sure I was enjoying myself. I got a dip manicure and she did an excellent job and kept asking if I liked it and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Just sped through my nails and my girlfriends and my nails looked horrible I live down the street never returning. They were short staffed and was switching in and out to do nails very unprofessional. Just say there's a wait don't try and take care of 8 people with 3 people on staff never leave bad reviews but this place didn't appreciate my business so hopefully they learn to take their time and earn my money. My nails have never been this long my entire life. I get the dip and love it! Every time I go in for another manicure they are sure to ask if there were any issues and how long the manicure lasted. My first and last visit here. I needed a pedicure and wanted dip on my hands. Fastest pedicure ever. Barely any massage. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Would not respond or speak to you when you were trying to explain what you wanted. I wouldn't even call it a manicure what they did to my hands. They literally just put the dip on my nails, they did not clean up the cuticles and didn't even use lotion on my hands. The guy cut 1 finger with the drill because he was rushing. My nails look sloppy. The salon is outdated. They don't put liners in the pedicure stations like at other places. read more

Came in to get a nail fix the guy took the color and did my nail when coloring the nail the color didn't match so they said not to color it.. well that's dumb I'm gonna have 9 colored nails and 1 not colored? I'm not one to complain, but I want to let everyone know that you should not go to Princess Nails in Raynham (near the Flea Market). I went in and was asked to pick a color & wait while they finished with a customer. I chose red. and was waiting patiently, looking at my cell phone when suddenly I felt something sticky on my hand & saw that the bottle had leaked all over 2 of my fingers, my keys & a drop on my shirt!! - I immediately showed the manager & he handed me a bottle of polish remover. I asked could they offer a discount, since my shirt is most likely ruined. I said "I have been a customer of yours for at least 5 years - I am a loyal customer!" They would not budge. I use to go here when I was younger every 2 weeks for a full.....I always had Danny or Tanya (which is my name as well) do my nails because they were the best and I always enjoyed having great conversations with them....Since I've been doing my own nails everything from a full set to gel and my own designs....So I haven't been here in a long time, however it's my getaway now when I want to relax and be stress free now I go get my nails done so I went here about a week ago and had the worse experience I've ever had at a nail salon, and I will NOT return here at Princess Nails EVER EVER again!! When I walked kelly my nail tech wrapped my nails in order to take my color off(By the way it really $30 ladies for gel services here $25 for polish etc. and $5 just to take off the polish ridiculous every where else is FREE FYI ) after that I went to pick my gel nail color (Which she stood right next to me picking up and open of every color I said I liked ANNOYING) I always do one nail a different color so I picked a teal and a dark gray for my two color choice the tech that was doing my nails Kelly didn't seem to like my nail color choices and kept telling me "no you do this color" and I kept repeating myself "no I'll do these two colors because they are on my nails for the next 3-4 weeks not your nails my nails and I'm paying you for what I want don't to my nails again so please stop I want these colors", and she still disagreed with me and said, "no you do this color I don't like that color at all" and finally after me saying, "EXCUSE you can you please stop I'm getting these colors for MY nails bottom line so drop it" (she then snatched the two colors out of my hands.....rolled her eyes.....sighed and told me in the rudest tone ever "sit down already".......I wanted to walk out so bad....i really did, but my nails were already wrapped to take the gel polish off so we went an entire half hour about of sitting with her not saying one word to me, which made me feel so unwanted there & I didn't like that uncomfortable feeling at all...then on the princess nail website it said, "$3 off and gel nail services" ....as I clicked on the promotions (aka coupons to print out) which there wasn't one for that due to it simply saying, "for any gel services it's $3 off"....so as I was in the middle of telling her it said that she looked at me an said, "no it doesn't say that" ....so I showed her and she still continues to call me a liar basically and said, "no your not getting $3 off"....and i said, "okay well I wasn't asking for the $3 off I was just saying what it said so I could make some what of a conversation with you because your that rude to me now because I didn't go with the color you wanted me to do that we have been sitting here for 40 minutes now without you saying not one word to me because of that an you have been so obnoxious and ignorant to me since I didn't go with toe ugly ass colors you wanted me to do like paint your own Dam nails that color", and she continued to sigh and save said , "you know whatever to what your saying I'm telling you no $3 off"!!! couldn't believe my ears so I told her, "well just the simple fact that I wasn't asking for the $3 off even though it friggen says it but instead of me giving you $25 for the gel services I'm having today I will be giving you only $22 so how's that now drop it and hurry up with my nails so I can get the hell out of here" then she said well I charge you $5 to take nail polish off only due to the fact about the $3 all o a sudden a charge to take nail polish off and I said no there isn't a price in here or on the website for that I'm paying $22 and that's it.....then I noticed 3 nails missing polish along the sides of my nails and she said, "no it's suppose to be like that so the polish doesn't chip"! So I replied by saying, "so why isn't all my nails like that and only 3 are" she simply explained, "because those nails are weird shaped" I literally got up and walked out giving her only 22$ and a chair pushed into the wall as I got up as a tip ......I can't even begin to believe that this all happened ....Even if they offered me free nail services for life I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN HERE EVER AGAIN...thank you for making my day that day even worse than what it always was ....when us women and men get out mani and pedis it's suppose to be relaxing and a joy enjoy able experience nope not here do yourself a favor and don't even walk in through these doors ....That's over rant done....Ps only giving one star because it is forcing me to...So I am giving a NO STAR in all reality ..... read more

I've never given a review before but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Unless you want your nails cut, chipped and looking like a 5 year old painted them, stay away from here.
