We booked Elsa for a 5th birthday party, we had about 10 kids, most of which are princess obsessed. Our Elsa (Mikayla) checked in the evening before, and from the moment she got to the party she was on. They sang and danced and got their faces/arms painted, took pictures, she even read stories and lead the Happy Birthday song. She kept all of the kids engaged the whole time, it's such a great party because the parents can be safely hands off. Everyone had great things to say to her after the party, the magic my daughter felt through the whole thing was incredible. 10/10 I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Lindsey was so great at communicating with, despite me being a busy single Mom and taking a bit to reply. The whole team was so helpful and great to work with. We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! She had games and my children got burnt out because she kept going without a break. I had to ask her to take a break so they could open presents. Then when leaving, she was parked and kids were nearby and saw her rip her wig off as soon as she got in her car. I had parents complain.

Unfortunately, our experience with Epic Characters was very disappointing. The Grinch character we hired appeared unprepared and extremely awkward to the point we questioned whether he was under the influence of something. Most of the participation had to be prompted and encouraged by us. Although the performer brought an autograph photo pack, he did not sign or distribute the photos during the party and then left without taking the photo pack with him. The photos themselves prominently featured the company's website and phone number, which made them feel more like advertisements than keepsakes. To ensure the children still had something meaningful to take home, we cut off the advertisements and wrote notes on the photos ourselves. Additionally, the performer took out his cell phone during the party and left it visible, which drew attention from the children and disrupted the experience. The costume also appeared low quality, with noticeable gaps that broke character. Overall, the service lacked professionalism, preparation, and engagement. Given the cost, it did not meet reasonable expectations, and I would not recommend this company. For comparison, we have previously hired characters from Royal Entertainers and had consistently excellent experiences. Unfortunately, they did not have The Grinch available on this occasion, which is why we tried a different company.

Mickey / Minnie characters on the day of the party were a big hit ..they were quite patient and friendly with the kids. She looked nothing like Moana, her wig and costume looked cheap and she was wearing Cinderella sparkly stiletto heels ! I even had one of the kids say " why is Moana wearing heels?" It was so embarrassing for me and I'm sure for the hired character. She did not perform or do all of the things that we booked: singing and dancing with the kids, games or face paint. The games were not thought out at all and was very disorganized and the face painting was done with stencils -and did not transfer well on the kids faces! It was awful! I have 3 children and we go above and beyond for their birthdays and obviously booking characters is not cheap ! I've emailed and called requesting a refund because we clearly paid for a service we didn't receive. So far they have only paid back the deposit and now I am trying to speak with the owner who still won't return my calls or emails regarding a full refund! It shouldn't be our responsibility to pay the character for what we didn't receive.

He didn't limit it to photos and balloon twisting; he had a variety of planned activities that kept all the kids (and several adults as well) both entertained and involved. TT&T helped make for an excellent party.
