This was such a fabulous experience! The Elsa was beyond expectations. She got into character so flawlessly and made for an unforgettable birthday for our princess. She walked in and totally surprised our daughter and all her friends, then they took turns taking photos with her. The story time was sooo cute and she was sure to get every kid involved. This was honestly the best character hiring I've seen! Princess Jasmine who came to my daughter's 4th birthday party was absolutely splendid. She interacted well with my daughter and all her princess friends. She really made my daughter feel special on her special day. And man, can that Jasmine sing! She was on point with those vocals for the song that she made one of the little girls' jaw drop. It was overall such a cute and charming experience. In fact, I'm booking them again for my son's upcoming birthday because they were just THAT good. When it came to reservations, everything was a breeze. Since everything is online, it made the process straightforward. I also love how they have videos of the princess characters so you can choose specifically which person you would like for your character (if you have a preference). I'm so glad that I decided to book a princess for my daughter's birthday party. The princess we had was the Unicorn one and she was so good with the kids. We had a pretty large crowd of about 20 kids and the princess was just amazing. She had a lot of patience, she was having fun and the whole time she kept a beautiful smile on her face. What really caught my attention was the fact that she always kept the birthday girl next to her and included her in all the pictures that everyone was taking of their kids and really made my daughter feel like a mini princess with her. Same 5 star review as before! PRINCESS PRO IMPERSONATORS IS THE ONLY COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE FOR YOUR EVENTS!!! I'm a 2 time returning customer, so I should know! I used PPI for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. The company did such a phenomenal job that I hired them again for my daughter's 5th birthday. AAAAAAMMMMMAAAAZZZZZIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!! First, the customer service was outstanding. I'm a very busy single mom who works full time. At times, I get beyond overwhelmed and things slip through the cracks. It was only a week out from the party and I had not yet booked entertainment. I called PPI, knowing there was a STRONG Possibility all the cast was booked (they book up super fast, weeks in advanced, so don't wait like I did to make your reservation, you may not get so lucky). PPI literally went out of their way to make sure both Batman and The Sleeping Princess would be able to attend our birthday party, on almost no notice. I didn't expect them to do that, and would have understood if they had not been able to accommodate me on such short notice but it speaks volumes to how much they value their customers. The characters arrived exactly on time and did an awe-inspiring performance! The boys were smitten with Batman - and really enjoyed the super hero training. Some of the girls joined in too. Most of the girls flocked to Sleeping Princess (my daughter's favorite) as she sang and told stories! It was truly memorable and everyone had a great time! I feel the prices are beyond fair and I actually felt a little guilty about it so I tipped the characters and their assistants extra. It's a great deal and you can't put a price on the smile on the children's face when they see their favorite characters. Highly recommend! read more

I do not recommend! I paid a deposit of $150 & booked the life of luxery package w Princess Pro Impersonators in June of this year for my daughter's 5th birthday party in September. The night before my party I had to call, text, send messages on their Facebook messenger and send an email in order to confirm my reservation! I did not get any response until after 10pm! I noticed on my contract they sent me out a few days prior that it was for a ball gown princess when I had picked the mermaid skirt princess Hailey Rose. They also informed me that not only was I not getting a mermaid princess I would be getting an entirely different cast member than the one I had requested 3 months prior due to my first 2 picks not being available. They told me they had miscommunicated between each other and would comp me the remaining balance due for their unprofessionalism. I had no other choice but to take the offer but the day of the event they left out the main activities for my daughter. The package was to include these activities: Life of Luxury Package 2 hours  $265 -Event Assistant to coordinate activities ​​ -Picture taking with Party Guests -Interactive story time -Singing performance -Princess makeover for Birthday Child with  makeup, glitter hair spray, and accessories -Princess training with teaching a dance -Coronation with a rhinestone tiara for the Birthday Child -Singing Happy Birthday and giving a complimentary gift ​ -Unlimited amount of Children *$130 per additional character She did not give my daughter a princess makeover w glitter hair spray & accessories. She did not Coronate my daughter w a rhinestone tiara! Their communication was horrible and then they leave out these important activities that were included in the package I picked booked 3 months in advance!!! The princess was great w the children but I was not happy w the way the company treats the customers. I did not get anything I picked and booked. read more

Honestly seeing my daughter so happy while Moana sang to her had me in actual tears I've never seen her so excited . She keeps begging me to bring Moana back for her next Birthday. Camryn was so professional at the event and played her character on point, I liked how she had so much patience when it was time for her to leave and the other kids kept asking her question and trying to talk to her when it was her time to leave and wasn't rude at all! Moana was cast member Camryn, Elena was cast member Renee and their assistant was Hailey. They all did an amazing job and my 2 year old and her friends loved it. My daughter doesn't do well with the princesses at Disneyland but she was holding Moana and Elena's hands and being held by them. We got Queen Elsa and it could not have gone better. My two year old shies from most Disney characters but Elsa came in total character and my daughter gave her an immediate hug. Elsa sang "Do you want to build a Snowman" with so much conviction that I could see my daughter remembering the movies emotions. I wanted to make my daughters birthday an unforgettable one because she was turning 5. Money and time was a bit of an issue as my daughter wanted to go to Disney to see the princesses and we all know how expensive that is. I was beginning to stress because her birthday was around the corner and I had no plan. When I called, Ashley answered my phone call and she was so friendly that it quickly gave me a good feeling that their service was going to be good. She explained everything and worked out a few deals with me considering that I didn't have a lot of money to spend. On that day, I was running late after work that I never even got a chance to changed out of my scrubs and got stressed out for a minute. However, all my stress instantly disappeared when I saw my daughters surprised expression as princess Ariel walked in. The impersonator I chose was Hailey and she looked and sang just like Ariel!! The outfit she wore, a gown, was gorgeous and fluffy and did not looked cheap or flimsy at all. And her assistant who happened to be Ashley was just as friendly in person.
