They were very thorough and provided all the information I needed, so I barely even had any questions. The little times we did communicate, the response was almost immediate, which made me feel so confident that someone would actually show up to our party and on time! We had the lovely Faith come out as Cinderella for our daughter's third birthday, and she was truly the highlight of the whole party! She was such a beautiful Cinderella and played the character to a T. She did singing, dancing, storytelling, bubbles, and games and had all the kids participating and engaged the entire time. The kids absolutely loved her and said that was their favorite part of the party! My daughter had the biggest smile on her face and the loudest laugh throughout the whole performance, which made it all so worth it It was such a special experience for her third birthday, and I can't wait to reach out to these guys again for future parties!

The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

I call the same number as before (949-558-2873 and 3106517226) and no one picks up and not only is the voicemail different now but the voicemail is full on both phone lines so I can't even leave a message! Charlotte finally emails me back Thursday with a very generic confirmation of time and place. I emailed her back a total of 4 times requesting a call so we can go over details and structure of the party like she had promised me back in May. Nothing. Day of the event- THEY NOT ONLY NO SHOW BUT THEY DONT EVEN CALL!!!! I was scrambling to figure out what to do with 15 kids and ended up having to improvise for 2.5 hours. How DARE they do this to kids??? I called their after hours line and of course it goes to the same BS number with the full mailbox so I can't even leave a message. I'm hoping someone will read this and learn from my mistake. I have NO idea how they have this many positive reviews. It's beyond me. They must pay for their reviews. I can't even get a hold of anyone to get a refund so I'm going to have to dispute the claims with my bank unfortunately. It's not even the money at this point, it's how evil they and careless they are and how excited my daughter was for the princesses. She kept looking out the window waiting for them to show. I hope they get their karma. Please please please stay away and maybe go with a reputable company you've heard of. I wish I had. We booked three characters (Hello Kitty, Elmo and Woody) also a clown, face painters and balloon twists makers from MPE & PR for my son's Carnival Birthday Party Extravaganza! I had a lot going on that day as well. I had a Petting Zoo, Pony rides, plus it was catered by King Taco too. All my guests were amazed with the fabulous entertainment Michael Paul's company provided. Everyone raved about how friendly and creative the face painters were and what awesome balloon designs the staff made for the children. My husband and I were absolutely pleased with the outcome of this special and memorable event for our son. This is by far the best company you can hire for your event. I was throwing a sweet 16 bash for my daughter and had my dj flunk out on me at the last minute. So I was in desperate need of a dj quick since my event was literally 2 days aways. I found Michaels Pauls on the internet I gave them a call and Michael was so nice on the phone and it was real easy to obtain their service. They arrived on time set up real quick and the kids were dancing and having a good time before we knew it. He also provided the face painting for the small kids and he did it most of the night even though he only charged me for an hour. I hope they enjoyed our party as we enjoyed there service. I booked a face painter last minute, and I have to admit I was a little terrified but to my amazement the girl came on time and was very professional. She was a very nice girl. So, for 2 hours this girl is just painting without even breathing. She didn't want to take any breaks or anything. The kids were mesmerized by her ability to transform them into anything, and since it's close to Halloween, of course everyone wanted a scary face!!! Good job! We will call again! read more
