Princeton Orthopaedics & Associates - Workers Comp Dept…read more Hands down the worst scheduling and workers comp department I've ever dealt with. The staff talks over you, talks down to you, and treats you like you're an inconvenience instead of a patient. Every call is attitude and zero help. I found out I'd been driving 15+ miles round-trip to appointments when they have another office less than a mile from my home -- and no one bothered to tell me. When I called to switch because I had no transport, the first woman was rude as usual and kept saying, "I don't know, not my department." No effort to help. Then they blind-transferred me to the comp coordinator who acted like we were friends in a bar, not a professional handling my case. Their delays were so bad that my knee injury literally healed incorrectly while waiting weeks for an MRI and then weeks more just to get results scheduled. Four to six weeks for everything. Constant rudeness the whole time. Workers comp or not, I'm still a patient. This office forgets that completely. Avoid this place unless you want stress, delays, and disrespect.

I have never had a chiropractor spend so much time and energy trying to understand my body and problems before adjusting me. Their process is detailed and both Dr Joe and Dr Caroline take as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. Dawn and Jennifer are also fantastic and answer all of my questions regarding billing. I am very happy I found them and am now bringing my wife and two kid's here. I highly highly recommend Paul Family Chiropractic for anyone looking to improve their health.

Upon meeting Dr. Caroline, I felt at ease and confident in the care I was receiving because she took time to discuss my needs and evaluate my body as a whole before determining a treatment plan. The tests and x-rays were efficient, and I am very grateful that I began chiropractic care upon seeing the severity of my spine's abnormalities. In less than 5 months, I am living a life that is fully free of pain. Dr. Caroline does consistent evaluations to ensure that I am continuing to heal and is always quick to offer practical suggestions to live a healthier life. My weekly appointments are an enjoyable addition to my schedule because I receive excellent chiropractic care, but I also get to experience the conversations and environment that make Paul Family Chiropractic a truly wonderful place to become a more healthy you.
