I like that they talk and listen to you instead of having their backs to you while they use the computer, like other practices. Dr. Pressman is friendly, thorough, professional and skilled. He has performed my hip and knee replacements, repaired my ruptured quad tendon and, along with their physical therapy, helped me recover from all. He treated my husband for his broken clavical and sternum after an accident, and did both half knee replacements. Dr. Mizrachi treated my horrible sciatica after the hip replacement. For that, I also saw their accupunturist. And, Dr. Grenis did both my carpel tunnel surgeries. My daughter has been treated for a sprain and ankle surgery, as well as other urgent care issues. So, as you can see, we believe in POA and their staff. For being such a huge practice, it is run very efficiently and has many different locations. If they can't fit you in where you usually see them, they can usually find a spot in another location. I've referred them to so many of our friends, and, I refer them to you, wholeheartedly!

First of all it's nearly impossible to find a doctor that advocates for the patient and really understands the depth of pain and frustration that comes with an injury. I have been in pain for nearly 4 years and after countless visits to other doctors I was truly starting to feel doomed. "It's your lumbar spine " was the only clear diagnosis I had ever received. These doctors looked past the obvious and were able to systematically troubleshoot the pain through simple trial and error. Although I'm not 100 percent pain free I am able to function and walk reasonably well again. I will continue on my path to recovery with these doctors. Thank you

My interactions with the front desk was always helpful and informative. They also handled the covid situation well. They chose the physician who they felt would suit my injury best and placed me with Dr. Michael Grenis. Because of the nature of the injury, I was squeezed in for an appointment pretty quickly. With my first visit, Dr. Grenis seemed short with me and didn't explain anything to me. I chalked it up to being squeezed into his assuming busy schedule. I was examined and x-rayed and outfitted with a new splint. The physician assistant was warm and attentive. My second appointment was not as pleasant. Aside from the fracture in my wrist, I had a lot of pain in my arm that was noticeably bruised and swollen. It kept me up at night and hurt much more than my wrist. He didn't mention anything about it at the initial appointment aside from that it wasn't broken. So when I returned, I asked him to check it again because it was causing so much pain. Dr. Grenis' barked at me 'what do you want surgery??' 'It's a hematoma'. I seek a professionals advice because I'm not a doctor. I never understood what a hematoma was, nor had he mentioned that that's what it was. Nothing was explained to me what it was, about treatment for it, or what I could do for the pain. When he returned to the room I think he realized that he crossed a line and tried to amend his error. Too late. His behavior was intimidating and undermining. I was offered a review in email but didn't want to make it worse for myself.

They used to have very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Now, they are surly (Monroe location especially) and are almost nasty when asked for help. They have kiosks to check in where your ID and credit card are scanned. There are older patients who aren't familiar with computers and I actually watched a few people yelled at! What type of customer service is that? It now takes over 10 minutes on hold to make an appointment. Really? You may even be transferred to a different schedule who never picks up and he has an attitude if you ever get through. Lastly, the cleanliness has gone away. It is a medical office! The Monroe office floor is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Old dried out alcohol pads, dirt, bandages with dark, dried stains, gross. I am looking elsewhere, goodbye Princeton Orthopedics. You used to feel good going from soup to nuts, the desk to the doctor. Now, something has changed. I miss just a few years ago.

He now needs new shoes, sandals and slippers which all need a lift on the left side and it will be quite an expense for all the shoes . Prior to calling BiM again, I called his insurance company and was informed that the lifts were covered by his insurance and have been for the last five years. Called BiM and again was told that the insurance is not going to cover. After goingback and forth, we were advised that the person we were speaking with will consult with their benefit person and she will get back to us in approx an hour. We heard nothing; calling again to follow up on the status, we were advised that she had a lot of paperwork to complete and she is leave at 3 pm but would get back to us prior to her leaving we are now two days in and have had no return call which makes me think they are not interested in repeat customers and at this point I donotknow if they know what they are doing. We will be looking for a new provider that actually cares.

Everything was going wonderfully until Dr. Manning abruptly fired Dr. B. Since my insurance paperwork was already filed with PHP, I stayed with Dr. Manning to finish my treatment. My insurance company ruled that my care was finished in January 2020. In summer 2021 Dr. Manning mailed me a bill for $3000 for care. We emailed back and forth. I called my insurance company. I emailed Dr. Manning three times without reply. In November 2021, without having heard from him after three months, I emailed him again letting him know I considered the case closed. He wrote be back an incredibly rude email stating, "I'll consider this closed when it has a resolution. I will not email you with no news as it wastes my time to do so." I am shocked that a doctor would say that to a patient and that any human would call another suffering human being a waste of their time!
