I Googled for weeks on spine doctors all over. I came across an ad for Spine & Orthopedic 1-855-586-2615. I saw so many awesome reviews about this Dr. Katzman,Ortho Surgeon at Spine & Orthopedics Center. Thought I would give them a call ask questions and advised to send my MRI and Disc, notes so I did. To sum it all up, I got a call from Dr. Katzman, talked to me about my problem, and offered to see me, and consult me over the phone. Really, what Dr. would do that? With Dr. Katzman's phone call and his knowledge of my problem, I felt comfortable, and was ready to have this procedure done. Next phone call came from, NJ Spine and Orthopedics, Dr. Katzman's team of employees. They called to set up my appointment, got me scheduled and on the right track, which I could not afford this surgery even with my so called insurance. Few days later, another phone call from NJ Spine & Ortho Center, this time from (Ethan P) Senior Patient Advocate 973-788-5028 He works for Dr. Katzman's team. Ethan made it all possible, and easy to talk to. He helped with my financial part, as in the amount I would owe out of pocket, even as far as setting up payment arrangements, and to the surgery date. Ethan, was awesome, don't think I could have managed this without Ethan's and Admins help. My so far experience. I will do a follow up to this review after my surgery, stay tuned. I will then leave my phone # incase anyone would like to reach out to me for advice, on my experience. I have never heard of a Doctor calling their patients to talk about their concerns, without asking them come into the office for consultation, which then you have your office fee.

I got the MRI done and visited the doctor again. The doctor said there's nothing wrong whIch that ankle had same problem more than 5 times that year. Then they sent me a bill for $230 for the MRI since it was out of network. I went there and said that why they sent me out of network facility. They took my number And told me they would call me back. They called me back today saying that it was my fault, i should check. If I had the MRI at that facility It was covered but since they send me to the other one which also called Coordinated Health, it's not covered. Btw- same ankle has pain again so this is ridiculous. NOW I need to see the doctor again.

Additionally neck issues at C3-C4. Dr Yanni is compassionate and caring, well trained, and has provided diagnosis, alternatives, physical therapy scripts, medications, alternative solutions, epidural injections and rf-ablation. My pain has been well managed over the five years I have been seeing Dr. Yanni. Additionally I have seen, neurosurgeons, and orthopedic surgeons. We have as yet not had to resort to surgical procedures. I have also tried other pain management doctors, only to be driven back to Dr. Yanni. He offers in office OR, anesthesia, review of online electronic records for MRI's and X-Rays, and spend sufficient time with me at least, to explain my issues and alternatives. He never tires of my questions and provides undersandable compassionate answers. While choosing a doctor is a personal decision I would highly recommend doctor Yannit.

My Wife visited in 2022 and she was asked to take spine Xray and results were not in and…read moreon the first visit Nurse practitioner (Rina Patel) in spine institute east Windsor, NJ gave my wife back brace belt before validating cause and results and assured that it will be covered by insurance and she do not have to pay. Rina also said to use this back brace for lifetime. Rina Patel got my wife's signature on consent form and gave her the back brace. After few days when Xray results were out and doctor suggested no need of back brace and nothing is required. My wife offered to give back the back brace but associate stated they can't take it back after given. After few months spine institute started sending $433 bill for the same back brace. we were shocked. firstly, any back brace we can get from amazon or Walgreen in price range of $20-60 and secondly my wife never used that back brace as it was never needed still we have been charged an outrageous amount. we tried to talk to spine institute but no one picks up pur phone calls and later one lady suggested us to pay some lower amount which we denied. Now we have been continuously contacted by "Pressler, felt & Warshw. LLP" a debt collector assigned by spine institute. even after multiple time replying to them they kept scaring us giving my wife's SSN and implying some impact may be to history/credit . I ended up paying $433.88 today to avoid this mental torture. I would like to warn everyone that spine institute, East Windsor, NJ will try to sell you product stating it will be covered by insurance even before diagnosis of the problem and make you sign consent form (which we rarely read thoroughly) and charge you later. Put debt collector and lawyers on your tail to get the funds. so be aware.

There have been no consequences or side effects. She is personable and delightful as well. Actually I showed her another issue I was having which she diagnosed immediately and I was able to get care the same day with a professional that treats the issue I was experiencing. On another matter: Her office staff called me twice to make sure I received the result of an mri I had. Dr. Iones followed up to make sure that I was seeing a doctor for an issue that appeared on the mri. I highly recommend Dr. Iones if you need a neurologist as I have been to three others over the years and none compare on any level.
