Yesterday they called him to remind him that his surgery date was Oct. 20th (it wasn't) and then verified that it was in fact scheduled for today, and then informed him he would need to be in at 6:00 am. Then they called and said he could actually come in at 12:00 as surgery wasn't until 1:00. This morning they called and said that they just noticed his cardiologist hadn't signed off on his EKG results (which were fine). My husband couldn't reach his cardiologist early this morning so once again his surgery is cancelled. The office called him 30 minutes later and said they spoke with the cardiologist and got clearance so he could come in for his surgery. At this point though my husband had already had a cup of coffee so couldn't have gone under anesthesia.This is a horribly run office and he definitely won't be rescheduling with this practice!

Yesterday, I contacted the office repeatedly to express worsening symptoms, discuss the need for retesting, and request guidance. Despite the seriousness of the situation -- including the fact that I live with an immunocompromised family member awaiting a kidney transplant -- the practice was unable to accommodate any follow‑up evaluation.
