My wife and I have different tastes and we both want what we want! That being said Michelle & Steve Kennedy at Superior did a fantastic job guiding us to something we would both be happy with and would look fantastic. Michelle showed us many different colors & grains of wood until we found the one we liked. They gave us finished samples in the color we wanted so we could take them home to match with the tile, backsplash & appliances. After we made our decision Superior worked with us on scheduling. We had many delays totally unrelated to the cabinets and Superior worked with us through all of them. They were paragons of patience! The workmanship was excellent. The cabinets were zero formaldehyde plywood and the stains were low VOC. There was absolutely no smell to them when we got them. Steve runs the shop and makes sure things come out like he was going to put them in his own home. We ended up needing a few extra pieces of trim molding (no fault of Superiors, just some out of square walls) and they got them to us in short order and the color matched perfectly to the rest of the cabinets. We also had a couple of minor adjustments needed and they came out promptly at my convenience and took care of everything. This is the second time we used Superior. They did an equally wonderful job on our shore house. In both instances we received excellent value for the money and we would absolutely use them again. I would highly recommend Superior woodcraft.

She gave me the run around for almost 3 months and then acted like it was my problem! She actually told me she had never done the type of locking cabinet I wanted and therefore made the error. Huge mistake! I will be contacting the owner to make sure they are aware. Almost 4 months later and I still do not have my custom cabinets when they were promised in 6 weeks. Sick. There are other quality custom millwork companies out there but I would NEVER recommend this one!

I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much time whether it was taking items home to live with for a few days or in reviewing design plans. We were fortunate to have our cabinets delivered in the timeframe we were given. Delivery day went smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks later our cabinets were installed by our contractor where it was discovered that we were excluded one draw roll out for our pantry & the glass front doors had a slight mix up. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and I feel it was due to the manufacturer, not Kitchen Fabulous. I would highly recommend Kitchen Fabulous, Caroline or Tiane for any budget, any job large or small. We love our kitchen and the functionality we now have. We couldn't be happier! Within about five minutes we narrowed down our choices and took his advice to wait until everything was installed and then select the tile. He provided us with samples to place around the kitchen to view in different light settings and was completely no pressure. We heeded is advice, looked at the two tiles we were considering and purchased our tiles and they came in on the day promised. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff even helped with figuring out how we wanted to create the backsplash behind our gourmet range. Everything came out perfectly! I would recommend Ideal Tile in Freehold and I'm thrilled we had such a great experience.

He took my information and explained a female estimator would call to set up a measurement and that she would bring samples along. Waited a week and received no call from the estimator. In this market of declining retail sales and with the big-box stores looking to put the little guys out of business, you might think this store might get their act together.
