I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. However, I met my match with the concrete floors on my patio, basement and garage which were covered in 60 years worth of tile and carpet adhesives, oil stains, cracks, pits, paint, and God knows what else. I called a few flooring specialists in the area and spoke with their secretaries. Then I called DCE and Justin the co-owner answered, he was even able to came out to my home the same day, look at the job, and offer his expertise. I liked that he quickly understood my needs, educated me, and reccomended a plan - grind everything, repair cracks, epoxy flake the garage + basment, and seal the concrete patio then add silica skid-free sand. Based on my market research, I knew that the quote he offered for the work was very reasonable. DCE's other co-owner Jordan and his crew (all really excellent guys) completed the project quickly, but with the utmost care and attention to detail. Their results were phenominal!
